Fun, great for families!

Overall, had a very good experience
Pros:

The room was way bigger than I thought it would be and the tub was huge which was nice. Decor was nice. Staff was friendly. The window had a nice motorized feature. Location was near restaurants

Comfort, convenience and quality all the way
Pros:

Very conveniently located off the highway. In area of many shops and restaurants. Seemed to be fairly new. Everything in excellent shape, from landscaping to the finishes used in the room. We try to stay at Home2 suites when possible in our travels. They are thoughtfully built to be very quiet. The goodie bag on check-in is a nice perk for Hilton honors. Everything in the room was built for comfort and functionality. We also appreciate the Zero% products in the bathroom. We bought some of the soaps after staying at another Home2 location. Breakfast is always good. Love the pot of oatmeal, and yogurt dispenser with many mix ins offered. Work out room was clean. After a long day of travel, it was so nice being there. Also, we noticed that the staff were all focused on their jobs. Some other hotels have staff collected out front, smoking, or congregating inside, and you can tell when the staff doesn’t make the effort to keep up the hotel.

Disappointing
Cons:

There were hair in the shower, the sink was not clean, the water pressure in the shower was not good, the wallpaper had stains, the door to the bathroom and the dishwasher exterior looked dirty. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Pros:

A picture is worth a million words. Please look at the pictures and stay away from this dirty motel. This place is not worthy of the Hilton Brand.
We check out, after 1 night with bed bugs bites all over our bodies. Ian / Liam ( male front desk worker) was extremely unprofessional and Rude.

Great Fredrick hotel
Pros:

We just stayed at this hotel and everything was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful . The elevator worked well. We were on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. The room was clean and neat with kitchen supplies. The bed linens were smooth and comfy , and the beds were comfortable. My husband noted that he slept straight through the night, but he usually has to get up to use the bathroom. For me the mattress was okay, but a little firm. My hips like it softer. The shower gives off a lot of pressure. The water is soft. The breakfast is a notch above some other hotels. They offer cut up strawberries and blueberries to put on oatmeal, yogurt, cereal or waffles. My only complaint is that the artwork around the hotel ugly abstract art.
