Excellent value and the accommodations were excellent and price was very reasonable as well!
Pros:

Front desk staff, Ms. Cathy was super helpful and has a great personality and very knowledgeable! Highly impressed with all the staff to include Ms. Joyce! The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was a plus! First time seeing and using the automated pancake maker! On a scale of 10 being highest I would give it a 10 out of 10! Made our trip to Hokie Nation memorable! Thanks!!!

Fantastic!
Pros:

The receptionist was amazing. I cannot think of her name at this point, but she told us about a restaurant and we went. The food was delicious and when we said we were sent by the hotel, they sent a little goodie bag back for her what great teamwork

The stay was overall great.
Pros:

I liked that the staff was friendly and they had lots of amenities.
Even a little shop downstairs where you could buy drinks and stuff if you wanted.

Cons:

It’s kinda secluded
Behind a couple of construction projects going on theee
And the parking is a little disorganized

Pros:

Everything was fine. I did request a room on the 1st floor but was given a room on the 3rd. I’ve requested rooms on the 1st for in the past and haven’t been able to get it.

The room was very clean. We had a great night's sleep.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. Eventhough we didn't have breakfast, it is nice they offer it.

Cons:

The blanket, the sheets and the towels smelled clean but were dingy. The entrance looked a bit rundown, it needed to be swept and washed. The elevator needed to be cleaned.

Was cut short and ruined by room having allergens in it.

Cons:

Our room must have had a dog in it and not been cleaned effectively. My wife has severe allergic reactions to dogs and we had to leave after staying only 3 hours with a severe headache and nausea.
