Pros:

The room was clean a comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was not ready. Went down to breakfast at 6:00 am because we had to get on the road early to attend a family event. The breakfast area was not open yet. At 6:10 it opened missing several hot breakfast items. There were no eggs or biscuits for the biscuits And gravy. We went back to our room and came back at 6;40 to find nothing had changed. There was no one at the front desk to help us so we left and had to purchase hot breakfast on the road.

Don't bother, keep on driving. I could have saved the money and slept on a couch.
Pros:

Nothing. We were displaced from our apartment home about a mile away. We were exhausted and wanted a good night's sleep. We did not get that.

Cons:

Given a handicap room which is not what we booked, was charged $139 just for the room without taxes....instead of $139 and change which is what we were supposed to get charged in total(taxes included) since we booked through booking.com. Changed rooms for a non handicap room and the refrigerator didn't work and the shower head leaked ice cold water on your head while taking a bath. The tub had hair in it. They took our leftovers and put them in the hotel's refrigerator. There were no hotel carts and they charged 10+ tax just to park your car in an unsecured outside parking lot. A joke to say the least. Come 8:00 am and the staff are yelling to each other in the hallway. So much for a great for getting a good night's sleep. Some how we paid $245.62 We did hae Fido with which was 75 + 6.39 tax.
