J'ai fait plus de 10 hôtels différents en Aout 2025 , tous étaient en self service buffet.
J'ai choisi un Yaourt Heatly parmi le choix proposé et l'on m'a servi un grand Yaourt avec Mueslli..et c'est tout.
J'ai demandé 2 Pancakes que la serveuse m'a refusé !
C'est quand meme un Hilton !!!

The hotel was not far for my family beach trip
Check in took over an hour, the front desk clerk was rude, my bed had hair and the breakfast food was being removed as I was fixing my plate.

La gerencia soluciono un problema de sobreventa del buscador de ofertas, pero todo bien al final. La piscina, el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal son buenos.
Conseguimos una chiripa pequeña en el calentador de pan de la kitchinette. Espero mejoren la limpieza de los utensilios de la cocina; aunque no todos los huspedes los usan, algunos nos gusta comer una tostada con cafe y es desagradable conseguir insectos saliendo del aparato despues que te comiste el pan.
Peggy at the front desk was rude and verbally combative. The checkin process was over 45 minutes. The room was nice but missing blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. Noisy due to airport accross the street. Bed not comfortable and pillows old and flat.
Had to wait 1 full hr to check in waiting in a long line . Front desk lady said she was by herself and was having some issues checking in a costumer. It was already almost 9:30 pm . But to get their money , that was done the first moment you booked in. They don’t accept cancellation.Horrible experience. Very crowded very loud dogs all over , people partying and grilling in the pool, very noisy. If you are looking for a hotel to stay and have some relaxing and peaceful time this definitely is not the place for you!.
Front dest lady checked in around 4pm July 27 Saturday
When we check in the lady in the front Desk was helpful, but something bothers me when we get to our room key didn’t work so I went back downstairs but that is no big deal. She was helping another customer she handed them a bottle of water then I asked a new key she did gave me a new one when I asked if I can have a bottle of water cause she did not offer from the beginning when we check in she stated that the bottle of water is for the honest customer!!! I think that was rude!

Great for the price. We were looking for something good and inexpensive since we'd only be sleeping there. The room was perfect for both part-time work and part-time fun, with nearby beaches, shopping, and dining areas. Nice apartment feel for the 7-day stay. Breakfast was okay, but appreciate the effort to provide options. Ample parking, but the side door was not working from the outside; had to always enter through the front entrance. The staircase near the room was not lit, so we avoided using it. Overall, great experience. Quick shout out for Peggy, she was amazing at checkin and throughout the stay.
