The staff were lovely but the food, cafe etc all seemed a bit on the cheap side.

A beautiful hotel with very good facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was comfortable with a spectacular view Breakfast was generous, fresh and well cooked and well presented. Friendly staff who did not make you feel rushed. I felt as though I had treated myself and would use this hotel in the future.

Cons:

It would have been great if there was a magnifying makeup mirror in the room. As a person of somewhat limited vision, putting on makeup was very difficult. I did mention this at the point of checkout and the response was 'Well you should always pack a mirror'. This is not what I expect from a hotel of this calibre and reputation.
