我们一家这次入住成都希尔顿酒店，整体体验满意。房间整洁、公共区域干净，硬件设施完善，位置便利。前台工作人员态度热情、专业，即使我们提前到达，也主动帮忙查询房态，并提供了付费升级到行政套房的方案，同时两间房要交押金，总押金 RMB 2000（预订时平台并未提示押金信息），虽然酒店在入住时及时说明并处理得很积极，但信息透明度仍有改进空间。此外，我们在预订高铁票时遇到问题，前台工作人员耐心帮助解决，让全家人都感到友善和温暖。

Pros:

Das Hotel war super! Zimmer sauber, riesig! Die Lage war perfekt- nahe Metro!
Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war klein, zu voll, nicht schön! Man musste jedesmal eine Badekappe leihen, gegen Gebühr! Sauna sollte nicht umgerechnet ca. 80€ für 60 Minuten kosten- 1 Sauna und 1 Dampfbad!
Am ersten Abend bei meiner Anreise sagte man mir, ich müsste eine Kaution in Höhe von umgerechnet 900€ bezahlen! Das ging mit meiner Karte nicht- habe ein Tageslimit! Nach einer unruhigen Nacht, wegen dieses Problems, sagte man mir am anderen Morgen, ich bräuchte die Gebühr doch nicht zahlen!

Mooi hotel.
Pros:

Het is een mooi hotel met mooie kamers. Goed ontbijt, ook westers. Alleen geen kaas bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

Ver weg van de gezellige sfeer in de stad. Het panda park ligt ook nog redelijk ver. Altijd een Didi nodig. Deze zijn wel goedkoop.

AC doesn’t work properly.
Pros:

It’s a new hotel- hardware is superb. Service is good and staff is very friendly. However it turns out the AC in the room turns itself back to default temperature in a few hours - even when we are still in the room. Hotel staff explained that it only shuts off when it doesn’t detect anyone in the room. But it shuts off in the evening when we are sleeping. It’s very annoying that we need to manually restart/reset the temperature. Other than that it’s a great hotel and we had a good experience. (All rooms’ AC behaved the same , we switched room )

Pros:

Very nice room, modern, clean, well staffed. Lots of Restaurants and groceries nearby. Very nice neighborhood.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we (3) were given a room with one bed only. The staff brought in a rollaway bed for my daughter as there were no other rooms available. The staff moved us to a room with two beds the following day. Great timely response.
