Mauvaise expérience pour un standing Hilton.
Pros:

La proximité même de tous les commerces qui sont au pieds de l'hôtel

Cons:

L'accueil n'était pas avenant du fait que nous arrivons déjà tard dans la nuit. La chambre qui nous était attribué sentait très fort l'odeur de cigarette ou alors le parfum d'ambiance en masquait d'autres.
Le manager qui était venu constater mes dires m'affirme le le contraire et me suggère même de dormir avec la fenêtre entre ouverte pour pouvoir aérer la chambre.
Il nous a relogé dans une autre chambre plus petite que celle que nous avons payée sans un mot avenant et a envoyé le robot nous amener les clés de la nouvelle chambre.
Il n'a pas non plus laissé de mot pour l'équipe de jour.
L'hôtel est plutôt vieillot sans rénovation depuis longtemps.
Je ne me suis pas posée plus de questions car il était pratiquement 2h du matin quand nous avons enfin pu nous installer et prendre une douche et nous ne restions que 3 jours. J'ai fait une crise d'asthme ce soir là sans trouver le sommeil malgré la fatigue. Je ne renouvellerai certainement pas mon expérience dans cet hôtel.

Struttura accogliente e pulita. Ottima colazione.

Cons:

Molto complicato comunicare con il personale alla reception. Solo una dipendente parlava in inglese.
Gravissimo il fatto che abbiamo più volte tentato di chiamare in albergo per un problema con il taxi e per tutta risposta appena chiedevamo di parlare in inglese attaccavano il telefono. Essendo un albergo di una grande catena internazionale è una mancanza ingiustificabile.

The room was big and very comfortable. Location is good to visit panda reserve but far from jinli road. The gym was well equipped

The wine was terrible and they charged the water in the room. The swimming pool looked more like a playground for kids rather than a relaxing space... i didn't use it.

我们一家这次入住成都希尔顿酒店，整体体验满意。房间整洁、公共区域干净，硬件设施完善，位置便利。前台工作人员态度热情、专业，即使我们提前到达，也主动帮忙查询房态，并提供了付费升级到行政套房的方案，同时两间房要交押金，总押金 RMB 2000（预订时平台并未提示押金信息），虽然酒店在入住时及时说明并处理得很积极，但信息透明度仍有改进空间。此外，我们在预订高铁票时遇到问题，前台工作人员耐心帮助解决，让全家人都感到友善和温暖。

Das Hotel war super! Zimmer sauber, riesig! Die Lage war perfekt- nahe Metro!
Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war klein, zu voll, nicht schön! Man musste jedesmal eine Badekappe leihen, gegen Gebühr! Sauna sollte nicht umgerechnet ca. 80€ für 60 Minuten kosten- 1 Sauna und 1 Dampfbad!
Am ersten Abend bei meiner Anreise sagte man mir, ich müsste eine Kaution in Höhe von umgerechnet 900€ bezahlen! Das ging mit meiner Karte nicht- habe ein Tageslimit! Nach einer unruhigen Nacht, wegen dieses Problems, sagte man mir am anderen Morgen, ich bräuchte die Gebühr doch nicht zahlen!
