Very nice stay at K2 Guesthouse hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and clean. I chose this cheaper one with a bit of fear but finally that was a very good choice. Employees are always there to support, all the shared material (washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, water dispenser) and shared areas (terrasse, toilets and showers) are always very clean. People also respect the quietness of the place.

Cons:

Nothing special. Nothing to say.

Very comfy room for a budget accommodation. Value for money.

Cons:

The electric door lock is not very convenient to unlock especially if you have your hands full. And have to constantly check my receipt for the PIN
