I would stay again!
Pros:

Very cosy accommodation with great vibes and the girl at the reception was very nice.

Cons:

Since the reception is open only during the day, you really have to keep in mind the room card not to get locked out, especially when using the shared bathroom in the middle of the night :)

Great stay at The Baxley Bondi
Pros:

Liked the size of the room. Location was really good with plenty of buses. Staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness was good whilst staff were on duty.
We enjoyed it so much we returned 3 days later.

Cons:

There are no wardrobes in the room, just a few hangers over the tea/ coffee making area.

Pros:

Stuff are very kind and helpful. My English isn't perfect, but they were very kind and smiled while helping me. Overall, the place was clean and it smelled nice.

Cons:

Required my credit card info and ID because I was going to check in after 5pm on the day. It was such a hassle. I didn't want to sent my credit card info by email or on the phone, so I went to there to pre check in before the date. Also there is only one washing machine, so it's a race first thing in the morning. There is also only one place to hang laundry. The room and bed were much smaller then I expected and felt cramped.

Pros:

Det var nära till stranden , shopping och lätt att ta sig var som helst eftersom det är nära till busshållplats.
Mysigt och fräscht boende med trevlig personal.
Jag var innan jag kom dit lite fundersam över delat badrum men det fungerade jättebra och de fanns flera att välja på. Men bra att man blev tilldelat ett för det tror jag gör att det fungerar smidigare

Cons:

Man hör ganska väl ut i korridoren o mellan rummen. Men när jag var där var det väldigt tyst så inget problem alls

Nicely situated, clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, no sound absorbing panels anywhere, I could literally hear every word of the movie my neighbor was watching. The room smelled moldy and my mattress had a dent. I did mention it to the staff and she has dealt with it very nicely.

Pros:

Wonderful, clean, and modern hotel, yet with a homey feel. The girls at the reception were super nice and helpful. Small but well-furnished room and great common area. The shared bath was also spacious and quite clean.

Cons:

Only negative here was the noise... The doors are not noise-cancelling at all so you could basically hear all coming in/out of the hotel, or every time someone showered etc. Would be worth investing in better doors :)

Pros:

Check-in was very smooth, the staff were very friendly and service-minded, the room was clean and quiet, the bed very comfy, and the communal kitchen was clean and well-equipped.

Cons:

Our only complaint was that the water leaked across the bathroom floor from the shower unit. But this was not a serious problem.

We had a very comfortable stay - very quiet house - that enabled some good rest. So amazing.

The staff - every single person we interacted with - was fantastic. Knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant!

Cons:

The shared bathroom - but it was a unique setup.
