Kann man gut weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, schickes Design, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Ein bisschen wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb der relativ kleinen Zimmer und die Tatsache, dass die Gemeinschaftsküche schon um 20:00 abgeschlossen wird. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen.

Loved the Baxley and would definitely stay again and would happily recommend to others !!
Pros:

Beautifully appointed rooms , great inviting lobby, good location, fabulous bed !!!

Cons:

No parking…. And it’s a busy area so if you move yr car you struggle to find a spot

Pros:

Although small rooms are lovely and the tea coffee shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser are all very appreciated

Cons:

The property has a 25 minute walk from Bondi. I feel this property is overpriced because it is a shared bathroom situation. Some of the bathrooms are quite small. Not much more than cubicle size. I understand the concept and how lovely it is but not reasonable pricing when it is not a private bathroom.

A little oasis in a busy metropolis
Pros:

Spotless clean with a lovely warm welcome & atmosphere. Plus I had to do some work whilst visiting & sitting out amongst the small but beautiful garden was a bonus.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Great location, lovely decor, good aircon.

Cons:

Parking was difficult and advice seemed unreliable. Would like to have known if there were overnight places at the junction or other. Bathrooms were super humid.

Great value for money
Pros:

Location is a 20 min walk from Bondi Beach which is great for the price, the rooms are lovely and modern, in the single room there was enough space for my enormous suite case.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to keep my luggage prior to checking in.

The shared bathroom is very clean, modern & there are various bathrooms incase one is locked. These are cleaned daily, as well as fresh towels, shared kitchen area & great wifi.

Pros:

Good location- 15 minute walk to Bondi beach, accessible by buses and trains. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and neat rooms. Commensurate for what you pay for.

Cons:

Unfortunately upon my arrival, my room had not been cleaned adequately. I found dirty linen on the ground, used towel, bin full of rubbish and the floors had not been vacuumed. I advise the management team to communicate more with their cleaners more efficiently or ensure rooms have been adequately cleaned before arrival of guests.
The cleanliness of the property is at times questionable, as the bathrooms are shared, other guests can at times leave belongings in the bathroom or lots of water on the floor, or leave the toilet dirty.

Gorgeous, chic stay in the heart of Bondi

Absolutely stunning and clean place to stay. I loved the high quality soaps and the overall aesthetic of the place. The staff are also really kind!
