Amazing. Staff members were awesome. Any questions answered with no issues. What a place.

Amazing place!
Pros:

Amazing place to stay! Rooms were very clean and spacious and had everything you need, including a kettle, fridge and sink (which is super helpful so you don’t need to leave your room with having a shared bathroom). The staff were incredibly helpful too - my AC was playing up and they sorted it by the time I was back in the afternoon. The shared bathrooms not an issue as there were plenty and always clean. Fantastic showers and toiletry products too!

Cons:

Location is not super close to Bondi beach but an easy enough walk (just a big hill back!). It is perfectly located between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction for trains/ buses etc.

Perfect place for us to stay whilst in Bondi.
Pros:

It was very clean and it felt like a good hotel even though it was shared bathrooms. It didn’t really even feel like the bathrooms were shared as they were so clean. Good size room, good having the sink in there, air con was great, bed was comfortable.

Great value, modern boutique accommodation
Pros:

Loved The Baxley! Will definitely stay here again. Was a bit nervous about a shared bathroom but I needn’t have been. The facilities were so clean and modern! The rooms were perfect for a solo traveller with everything I needed. The bed was super comfy too. Lovely staff too!

Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt auf unserer Australienreise
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte, schöne Unterkunft. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es besteht eine sehr entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr angenehme, natürliche Kosmetikartikel (Duschgel, Schampon, Conditioner).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein. Mit 2 normal großen Koffern und zwei Bordcases war es doch eher beengt. Da die Kleiderbügel mit Laschen an der Kleiderstange aufgehängt sind, waren diese dann nicht mehr zu erreichen.

Kann man gut weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, schickes Design, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Ein bisschen wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb der relativ kleinen Zimmer und die Tatsache, dass die Gemeinschaftsküche schon um 20:00 abgeschlossen wird. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen.

Pros:

Beautifully appointed rooms , great inviting lobby, good location, fabulous bed !!!

Cons:

No parking…. And it’s a busy area so if you move yr car you struggle to find a spot

Pros:

Although small rooms are lovely and the tea coffee shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser are all very appreciated

Cons:

The property has a 25 minute walk from Bondi. I feel this property is overpriced because it is a shared bathroom situation. Some of the bathrooms are quite small. Not much more than cubicle size. I understand the concept and how lovely it is but not reasonable pricing when it is not a private bathroom.

A little oasis in a busy metropolis
Pros:

Spotless clean with a lovely warm welcome & atmosphere. Plus I had to do some work whilst visiting & sitting out amongst the small but beautiful garden was a bonus.
