Ok for a night.
Pros:

Usual home converted into a guest house. Guy on reception initially claimed he had no rooms so would give us rooms in another property they owned. I was adamant that I would stay in the place I had booked (and received confirmation for). He then relented and suddenly there were rooms available. If they want to put you up elsewhere they should make you aware beforehand or not accept the booking. I have read reviews elsewhere that suggest to me this bait and switch tactic is not uncommon.

Staff were friendly. Safe location. Ambiance Mall is a 10 minute walk away. AC was working but remote for this and the TV did not work, in the end I used the IR blaster on my phone to control these.
