Clean room, good gym and pool facility - the closest shop was around 10-15 minutes away by foot. The area was okay, around 25-30 minutes by foot to the train station

Great location if you are @ Samitivej Hospital & great price!

It is a 5-7 minute walk to Samitivej Hospital.

Accommodation was good, staff were friendly, responsive. The location was a bit out of the way. Too far from bts to walk so required grab or taxi to get around. Hotel provides a courtesy bus but the times are limited and not convenient. The area is predominantly Japanese dining, quite expensive, and as I'm not a fan made options quite limited.
The gym is pretty much a few treadmills and the pool area is the designated smoking area, big let down and something the management need to adress

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Entire building was under construction and being painted. Paid full price for a building entirely under construction. Room smelled horrible. Might have been the AC unit? Would not recommend.

Good size room, good area, room recently renovated.
Cons
No safe in the room (one was provided on request but wasn't bolted in), hotel was situated just a little bit too awkward in the back streets, hotel has transport to take you to the bts or main road but only leaves at set times so not that convenient

4泊利用しました。周囲は閑静で高級な住宅街にあります。近辺にコンビニが無いのが不便です。
設備は古いですが管理が良く快適に使えました。
洗濯したかったですが、洗濯機が無いのが残念でした。
プールとゴルフ練習場があり、空き時間に利用できて良かったです。フィットネスもありましたが使いませんでした。ここの問題は交通機関からの距離だと思います。
BTS駅からはとても歩けないので、タクシーかシーローに乗りますが、タクシーはメーターを使う交渉が面倒(基本サミテイベ病院付近が渋滞するので行きたがらない)で，シーローかバイクタクシー3人乗りで利用してました。
フロントは丁寧なのでお願いするとタクシーをGRABやLINEで探してチャーターしてくれました。帰国の際もGRABでエアポートリンク駅までチャーターしてもらいました。歩ける近所には駐在日本人に人気のタイ料理屋「トンクルアン」と広島お好み焼きのレストランがあり、どちらも美味しかったです。コンビニ、交通の課題が気にならなければ、オススメできる長期滞在型のホテルです。

跟朋友住一樣等級的房間，卻被分到沒有洗衣機的。

This is a fairly new hotel, I decided to try it as I had stayed at another Aspira hotel.
It just lacks all basic comforts, the photos are quite misleading.
No bedside lamps, no hand soap, no dishwashing cloth or soap. No drinking glasses. No desk chair.
Stated that rooms are soundproof, they are certainly not, I could hear a lot of noise, even heard people whispering in the passageway.
No knives, no pictures, no flowers, just terribly drab.
Value for money? Certainly not, many places nearby which are cheaper, more spacious, and well equipped.
My room had a view of some roof and a neighbours garden, no privacy blinds at all.

I always stay at Aspira Tropical Residence Thonglor average 4 - 5 nights per stay. Its always a pleasant stay and staff are nice. The only downside on my last stay was tuk tuk was out of service during this stay.

Things to improve:
1)The water pressure from shower was too low;
2)should add shower curtain to avoid slippery floor after shower.

Other than the 2 recommended improvement, the overall experience is good!

Clean rooms, location is excellent. Driving range on the roof is a nice touch.

This is a serviced residence located in quiet residential area off from the main road. Free tuk-tuk service from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily to various nearby locations (refer to my attached photo). I stayed in 1 Bedroom Suite for 11 days, room is modern design and well maintained with amenities including 2 air-con units (1 in living room and kitchen, 1 in bedroom), 2 TV units (bigger TV in living room and smaller TV in bedroom), electric kettle, microwave, big 2 door fridge, spacious bathroom with bath tub and front loader washing machine (buy your own washing powder/detergent), do note that not all rooms has a balcony and i requested to upgrade and pay extra for a balcony which has a clothes stand to hang my washed laundry also for my smoking break as this is a non-smoking serviced residence hotel. Bed is so comfortable (not too soft not too hard) and 4 pillows provided (2 soft and 2 firm), good quality sleep. All staffs always courteous with greetings and smiles, always willing to help and lastly "Big Thank You" to housekeeping team for their speckless cleaning everyday.

Spacious room with everything you need. Quiet and private. Staff is nice but not really helpful. Best location for exploring restaurants, cafe, and bars.

It’s good for convenience to go anywhere that you want to travel in Bangkok

The place is great. Staff is extremely attentive and friendly, only one call 100 away to your needs 24/7. Very homey!

Excellent hotel, good travel links on the sky train and lovely rooms

The room was absolutely beautiful, the property was stunning. Every single staff member was more than friendly and more than welcome to help us out. Even with the language barrier we felt right at home and that our needs extremely cared for. Washer dryer in room, utensils kitchenware and appliances all in great working order and very well maintained. The bed was so comfortable and the decoration of the room was simple but beautiful. This hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance to the main road with cheap food and great shops. 11/10 experience overall here. The building manager Manao was the most polite and respectable representative I’ve ever met and she went above and beyond to meet out need even after we had checked out.
