Pros:

The room was clean, air-conditioned, and the furnishings were new. The beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. The towels were neatly placed on the beds. The old wooden shutters were useful at night and helped reduce the street noise. Free Wi-Fi was also available.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception and there was no sign or bell indicating how to get assistance. There was a child sitting at the computer, so I had to ask him to get his mother.
We had booked a room overlooking the inner courtyard because we wanted a quiet night’s sleep before our long journey. Unfortunately, we were given a completely different room in another building, with windows directly facing a busy road. There was also a petrol station next to the building. We had to park our car across the road near another building.
The street was quite noisy at night. After midnight, cars were speeding along the road and people were revving their engines directly below our windows. The wooden shutters helped somewhat, but they did not block the noise completely.
I also had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and remind the staff about it.

Bardzo mila i przyjazna obsluga. Super atmosfera. Pokoi czysty, ma wszystko co potrzeba. Przy hotelu jest klimatyczna restauracja. Blisko do jeziora Garda. Wokol sa winnice, gdzie mozna kupic dobre wino.

Ottimo hotel per raggiungere i parchi divertimenti della zona.
Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per raggiungere comodamente Gardaland a soli 10 minuti. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Staff cordiale, flessibile negli orari di check-in, posizione comoda da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio proprio all’ingresso dell’hotel. Camere ampie e pulite. Nella struttura è presente anche un bar ristorante, con un cortile suggestivo e cibo buonissimo. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

Pros:

La posizione comoda se si viene da gardaland, e la gentilezza del personale. Ci hanno accolti durante un nubifragio estivo dandoci la possibilità di parcheggiare sotto la tettoia, nel mentre mettendoci delle acque fresche in stanza (molto pulita). Alla ripartenza, ci hanno anche aiutato (assolutamente non scontato) con un problema all’auto cercando per noi un attrezzo utile a sistemare il problema. Gentilissimi e ottima esperienza, da ritornare quando si fanno i parchi di zona :)
