Leader Mansion Hotel & Suite

The location of the hotel was really nice. It was central but still in a quiet area. The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately our hair dryer and fridge didnt work, but thanks to the kind staff it was replaced. The place isnt really accessible with car.
Overall it was a good experience and i will definetly book again

cette hôtel et le pire que j’ai jamais vu de toute ma vie les murs moisis Odeur insupportable les draps plein de caca pas de poignée sur les portes ,brève une chambre dans une prison je crois que c’est mieux.

Negativ: mega dreckig, Wände schimmelig, waren 1 Woche dort nicht einmal die Zimmer sauber gemacht, Badezimmer Tapeten ab, Schimmel am Waschbecken, Bettwäsche dreckig

Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe!!

Otel gerçekten inanılmaz güzel. Temizlik ve yenilik bakımından tüm artıları hakediyor. Tek sorunu konumu. Onun dışında çok güzel.

8 eylül tarihli rezervasyonumu 8 ekime yapmışım,düzeltildi odaya yerleştim.1 saat sonra çalışan geldi sizin odanız aşağı katta dedi,herşeyimizi topladık aşağıya indik eşimle.odanın duvarları nemden dolayı dökülüyordu ve felaket bir nem kokusu vardı.banyonun kapısı kapanmıyordu.Evlilik yıldönümü için gittik,bu kadar pişman olacağımı zannetmiyordum.

Staff does not speak english at all (neither arab, french or spanish- we speak all four and was nearly impossible to communicate. Had some issues with our reservation. Hotel needs some restoration and maintenance, but it's ok for the price. If only needed for sleeping, like our case then it's ok. Convenient location near half mile from main street and really quite for resting.

En üst katta kuş yuvası gibi odada kaldım. 50×10cm 3 adet vasistdas pencere vardı. Oda temmuz için sıcaktı klima çalışmıyordu.Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü temiz insanlar.bir gece için taksimin hemen altında bu fiyata hem de tek kişi için uygun bence.

Location is great. Walking distance to bus station and metro station. Staff was really nice even though they couldn’t speak English. But very nice stay.

Odanın hazırlanmamış olması bunun için beklemek bir yana, burada konakladiginizda gecenin bir vaktinde odanızın kapısını kartla açıp içeri giren bir yabancıyla karşılaşabilirsiniz. Tamamıyla güvensiz bir otel, konforsuz ve bu fiyata bile değmeyecek düzeyde. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Hotel mal mis surtout limite insalubre

It wasn't very clean.. the pillow had stains and the bathroom floor was dirty.

The hotel per se doesn't look bad, but first of all The location is very hard to find (our cab made three rounds and finally dropped us off because even the driver couldn't find it).
Second, the economy room is something i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy: the bathroom in particular is horrible, there is mold growing all over the walls and wall paper coming off, the smell is horrific. The room per se doesn't look bad but its condition is really unacceptable

Das Team war sehr freundlich und auch flexible was die Änderung des Zimmers anging, allerdings hatten sie nach unser sehr frühen positiven Bewertung dann vergessen unser Zimmer 2 Tage lang bis zu Abfahrt zu reinigen, schade....ansonsten sehr gute Lage und wirklich sonst alles ok. Gerne wieder.

once we found the hotel we realised we had metro and buses nearby to get around Istanbul easily. staff were very helpful

Staff were lovely, and the room was nice and quiet.

Very clean rooms, friendly and accomodating staff. Great for the price. The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but it is close by taxi to Taksim Square and Sultanahmet, walking distance to Blue Mosque, Galata Tower etc.. if you want a hotel that you can walk around at night, not recommended.... not too safe. But if you just need a clean place to stay that is cheap, then Great.

As soon as I walked into the room, I could smell the scent of cigarettes.
The shampoo was half full and there was no body wash.
The staff didn't speak much english which made it hard to communicate.
The bed was comfortable.
