Nice views of the city, comfortable small condos, good amenities and close to Mall of Asia. Property manager is nice.
Overall building seemed to have a bad cockroach problem at the time we went. These are also individually owned condos all with different setups and layouts and individually maintained. Not your typical hotel. Some condos are offered on booking as hotel rooms, some condos have monthly/annually tenants.
Check in for us included proving we were at the hotel (sending picture proof of us there...) and calling the owner of the condo, singing additional paperwork with the property manager, and providing an additional deposit, before receiving keys to the condo.
The property manager told us to beware booking this hotel without knowing the condo number as some owners will take the money and never give the keys. Thankful we did not have that situation here.
We never stay in Breeze residences. They transfer our booking to Shore residences as according to their reason the room they confirmed in Breeze residences is fully booked. It causes uncomfortable for us to travel because Breeze is closer to our event venue.
The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The onĺy complaint was the kitchen cupboard doors linings were hanging, not a good look, other that a good experience
I will most definitely come back for another stay when I return.

Where do we begin. We booked 2 rooms and both were infested with ants, cockroaches and smelt of urine and sewerage.
Internet was poor, hardly worked, hot water was intentionally turned off in one of the rooms. Couldn’t wash hair as the water pressure was very low so we had to resort to getting our hair washed at the salon.
No blankets provided, only 3 pillows, bed was rock hard and in one of the rooms the futon was bent in the middle
No hand soap in one of the rooms, broken tiles everywhere in the corridors and construction noise late at night 11pm was annoying.
The manager who was the point of contact was horrible, she never solved problems only told us to wait all the time.
Save yourself the money and hassle and stay elsewhere!!!
Check in and check out was smooth as long as you bring the necessary documents which was sent by the owner. The documents includes the necessary instructions for check in/out and use of the appliances.

Very nice, well appointed 39th floor condo with a fantastic view of Manila Bay. Comfortable, hot water limited to CR shower, but demand heater functioned beautifully. Well cared for, fully equipped with kitchen appliances and equipment. Washer. Never could master the tv! Great WiFi and plenty of outlets for charging. On-premises coffeeshop/restaurant was quite good and 24/7 convenience mart is well stocked.
Quite compact, but the view could not be beat! Owner very involved and helpful and communicated with me in English.
It's a good small family type apartment with a perfect view. There are also a cafe and a convenience store on the ground floor. If I go to Philippine again, I want to stay there.
The unit where my family resides during their stay in Manila was in good condition,very clean and organized. If I will do my vacation in the future I would like to rent the place again. Good views to see the entire metro from the balcony of their unit..
