Cons:

Riscaldamento non funzionava
Di notte si sentono i passanti fuori e i passi poco leggiadri e le aperture/chiusure non accompagnate del portone all’ingresso da parte degli altri ospiti della struttura

Pros:

La posizione ottima: l'hotel è vicino al centro storico e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La camera è molto curata, ampia e ben pulita. Il letto è comodo e il bagno dispone di vasca da bagno e doccia.
La struttura è curata e arredata con gusto. C'è un grande spazio dedicato alla pausa tè/caffè.
Lo staff risponde tempestivamente con disponibilità e gentilezza.

Cons:

Unico neo: come specificato, non c'è l'ascensore.
