Servicii de inalta calitate. Mic dejun foarte bun. Am fost incantati sa observam ca aveam in camera prosoape si geanta pentru plaja.
Am fost dezamagita sa constatam cand am ajuns, ca de o parte din serviciile pe care le ofera acest hotel de 5 stele, am fost privati. Ni s-a comunicat ca piscina nu mai este functionala deoarece ei se pregatesc sa inchida hotelul, ca sunt la final de sezon. Apoi ni s-a spus ca au inchis plaja privata.
Totusi, la solicitarea noastra si a altor persoane cazate, ne-au oferit sezlonguri pe plaja.
Consideram ca un hotel de 5 stele, trebuie sa- si pastreze serviciile in totalitate pana la ultimul client si pana la ultima zi din sezon. Cand clientul rezerva o camera, este absolut normal si corect sa beneficiee de toate serviciile pe care le-a platit. Si asta nu schimba cu nimic ca pretul camerei a fost mai mic decat in sezon. Multumim si in speranta ca ne-ati inteles punctul de vedere, va dorim succes.

Modest. Aceeasi mancare timp de 9 zile.
Dupa cateva zile s-a golit piscina desi erau inca multi turisti in hotel.
A fost nevoie sa apelam la managerul locatiei altfel ramaneam si fara umbrele pe plaja. Au fost demontate demarcarea zonei rezervate hotelului, umbrelele, multe sezlonguri dezafectate. Deprimant..
Breakfast is good especially the eggs cooked right there.
I did not like that I have to deposit 450 ron for eventual damage: more time for check-in and checkout + feel punished for other people's bad behavior. Also I have Nespresso coffee in my room, but I have to pay 10 ron for each. Really? In a 5* hotel I expect some coffee is included...
Ahh, and the worst thing: I got a Junior suite with Sea view for 750 ron per night... Because I really wanted sea view. First I got one with view mainly to the balconies of my neighbors and then I got one where I could see the Sea in the distance - quite disappointing.
I was there on 12 September and pool is empty and beach services are closed...
I got a general feeling that the management focuses too much on profit rather than providing a decent service.
Este a doua oara cand alegem acest hotel si calitatea serviciilor a ramas constanta:camera spatioasa cu design placut si asternuturi de calitate, terasa cu splendida vedere la mare, personal amabil.Multumim,Loredanei pentru solicitudine si primirea agreabila. Vom reveni!
Nu am vrut sa afectam calificativul maxim pentru ca speram ca se va remedia in timp:
-in camere nu exista decat nespresso, nu exista fierbator pentru cei care agreaza o cafea naturala/ceai.
-ora de check in mentionata este intre 16-20,30 si nu cred ca face o buna impresie.

It is a great value for the money. An upscale premises and services that will not break your budget.
Is a 5 star hotel offering chef prepared food, 3 meals a day included with 4 soups choices every day at noon and at least 10 choices for second dish. In the evening waiters also offer two choices of free wine. The Single room has a king bed not a twin. And really confortable pillows. Just room footage is smaller. Rooms have private balconies.
It comes with free slippers, and you receive a bath robe and beach towel with tote refreshed daily.
They have their own private beach parcel with free sunbed and umbrella. They have their own pool with beds and unbrellas too. Own private secured parking. This is for 10 euros per day.
When going next door at 3 star hotels that at first site seem cheapper upfront, one needs to pay for all the food and beach related adds on and will exceed the price you pay here. Not mentioning no longer benefiting from the rest of the hospitality and such unique premises. At the other hotels the parking is on the city hall spots that can be accessed by any passer by at your own risk.
The personal touches, care, smiles and "extra mile" given individually to each guest, fresh fragranced roses on the breakfast gazebo tables daily and even a cute iron frog door stopper makes a special atmosphere.
And it comes with own archeological site with artifacts - 2300 years old portion of ancient Callatis descoverd few years ago during renovation of basement. This by itself is such an unexpected and unique thing in Romania. A rare finding even for Europe.
Ask for a room with view. You will be able to witness the sunrise from sea water ( 6: 30ish in September) first hand from own balcony. The stars can be seen during night without bothered by city lights.
The Black Sea will unfold its own magic under your eyes.
The entire location is very quiet during night.
The closing of the season. Too early. Please keep it till October 1st at least.

Nu am găsit ceva care sa îmi displaca
Mulțumim pt sejur .
Locatia excelenta , plaja cu șezlonguri umbrele si prosoape incluse , personalul foarte ospitalier , mâncarea diversificata și pt toate gusturile , camerele foate curate . Iar doamna Mirela este o coordonatoare extraordinara , cu bun simț rar intâlnit , foarte vigilentă și o prezență foarte plăcută .
Recomandăm New Belvedere o locație de nota 10 .

Camera spatioasa, masa bună, variata, personalul foarte atent, curatenia. La plajă șezlonguri și umblela sunt incluse.
Parcarea se plătește.

Serviciile la spa se achită separat (un mare minus) … daca stiam de la inceput nu mai alegeam acest hotel
