I loved the breakfast food and the mood of a quiet, easy morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has lovely flowers all around and the fresh breeze can be felt from the terrace.

Recent am petrecut o noapte minunată la hotelul New Belvedere din Mangalia și nu puteam fi mai mulțumită de experiență. Locația hotelului este ideală, chiar lângă mare, oferind acces facil la plaja privata și priveliște spre mare.
Camera dublă a fost impecabil de curată, bine amenajată și surprinzător de spațioasă. Patul confortabil, cu lenjerie proaspătă și curată care mi-a asigurat un somn perfect.
Unul dintre punctele forte a fost serviciul de masă inclus. Micul dejun a fost impresionant, cu specialități românești și opțiuni internaționale. Cina a fost la fel de delicioasă, cu fructe de mare proaspete și specialități locale care mi-au depășit așteptările. Personalul restaurantului a fost atent și prietenos pe tot parcursul șederii mele.
Ospitalitatea hotelului a fost remarcabilă, de la check-in-ul usor si rapid, până la recomandările utile pentru atracțiile locale. Îmi doresc doar să fi putut sta mai mult, cu siguranță mă voi întoarce pentru o ședere mai lungă data viitoare.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! De kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel, en het bed lag heerlijk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereid om mee te denken. De locatie is uitstekend, dicht bij het centrum en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en erg lekker. We komen zeker terug!

The food has been quite good & tasty. Restaurant's staff was very professional. Beach staff, also, was responsive and very helpful.
Hotel staff needs training for a customer oriented mindset. Foreign workers need Romanian language training or a better English language training.
