Limited choice of breakfast, room clean and staff friendly

Since the property has undergone renovations, it is now a great place to stay. I did however book through Expedia that included breakfast. This was not so.

Vorab ,das Personal ist sehr nett ,
Super delux nicht nötig ,das Zi ist zwar größer ,aber balkon nicht nutzbar ,alte Aircon ,und direkt am Fahrstuhl.
Wir haben nach einen Tag das Zimmer getauscht ,gegen deluxe es ist zwar kleiner und ohne balkon aber sauber ,nach hinten heraus( leiser) und nicht am Fahrstuhl ,Aircon ebenfalls neuer ca 3 jahre .
Betten ok .
Frühstück für Europäer nur toast und marmelade .
Kaffeevollautomaten gut
Ansonsten 3 verschiedene Thaigerichte abwechslungsreich Spiegelei oft kalt und Ananas sowie melone .
Frühstücksraum wie eine kantine ,aber man darf auch im caffe frühstücken, sehr gemütlich .
Alles in allem deluxe mit FS 900thb kann man machen .

Spacious clean rooms

Lots of parking with security. The building is a little older, but in good shape and the rooms were spacious with a good supply of hot water. Didn’t have the breakfast. Easy walking distance to big Lake where everybody seems to hang out.
The desk staff are cute!

This is a great hotel next to the canal and just a short walk from the centre of town where the lake is and evening activities. such a pleasant spot. Their hotel room was big. Staff are friendly and helpful and it was quiet. The bed was soft.

Great property in a great location

Staffs are very polite and helpful. Simple but clean facilities. Towels are old. A/C will turn off once you remove the keycard from the slot, which may need more energy to cool down the room than to keep the temperature constant.

Nice property whilst we were in Roi Et. Breakfast wasn't fabulous, but at least provided.

Noisy, area not safe to walk. Felt unsafe.

Staff at front desk were not as pleasant as I expected. Tried to check in 30 minutes early and they wanted to charge 400 baht. Really 400 baht for 30 minutes.
Then our Air Conditioning went out in the middle of the night making a terrible loud noise. So we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Really thought management should have given some sort of a discount or refund for the extreme inconvenience. But I highly doubt it since they wanted to charge an excessive amount for a 30 early check in.

Not bad at all, very nice staff, very good food, comfortable beds.

Hotel ligt op gunstige locatie, je kan lopend naar belangrijke plaatsen gaan. Ontbijt is Thais dus voor mij geen probleem en het was lekker.
Er was altijd kip en elke keer anders klaargemaakt

Walking distance to outdoor eating and music venue

We had a very pleasant stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially during our check in process

Had 5 nights and 2 rooms. Kids stayed in a twin. A bargain with free breakfast. $38 a night for a comfortable room. No English programming though but made do with my tablet.
