A bit warm in the room at night, unable to cool down with thermostat, had to open doors, but noisy outside, so could only do for short time.
The service was seamless, friendly, and incredibly attentive.

Beautifully appointed hotel situated right in the middle of everything. Quiet room on the main street and accomodating staff.
Breakfast was ok, but given the size of the breakfast room you have to pick a turn since the day before. Not very comfortsble
The room was located outside of the hotel in an apartment building about 30 yards from the hotel. The lobby of this building had absolutely no furniture. Nothing! A feeling of getting into a bad place.
The room was in two levels. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Very dangerous if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
The shower had no doors nor a curtain. After taking a shower, the floor of the entire room is wet.
The welcome and attentiveness was superb, so helpful. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable and large. The location could not have been better.
Nothing that stands out. Good to remember that this is not a large hotel with extensive facilities and not to expect that.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Palazzo Natoli. We knew what to expect and we weren’t disappointed. From the friendly staff willing to help you with anything to clean room with beautiful decor and well equipped shower, it was a great experience. Nothing to complain. Whenever we are in Palermo, we won’t even think twice, that is where we are staying.

A beautiful hotel with attentive staff that were a delight to deal with. The room had a small balcony with table and chairs that you could sit on and enjoy the tea provided on our arrival. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, good hot water flow. Tea, coffee, kettle and fridge are supplied. Great location with good security. Staff assisted carrying luggage to our room
There is no lift due to the historic classification of the building.
Let me start by saying this hotel has the best staff. Everyone was accommodating, and friendly. They have a fantastic breakfast. The night before they ask you to select what you would like for breakfast from excellent pastries, eggs, cheese and fantastic caffe. I don't think you can find a better location right in the center of Palermo. The main cathedral is a few minute walk in one direction and the Quattro Canti in the other direction. Our room had a small balcony on Via Vittorio Emanuele. It was nice place to sip some wine and watch the people go by. The hotel has clean bathrooms and rooms. Make sure to check out La Galleria a fantastic restaurant a few minutes away. Also, for a quick bite or drink go to Retrobottega near the Quattro Canti.
