Guest Reviews
Beautifully appointed rooms, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to all the main attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff who had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see.

The location is Excellent! Literally in the main street and only a few minutes walk to the Catherdral, the Palace and endless restaurants choices/shopping. Couldn't be happier with the location and the hotel arranged our transportation from the airport which was convenient since they are in the limited transportation zone. The staff was very friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions
The room was very noisy. There were small things needed (like and ironing board) that were missing. Beds not too comfortable and we had issues with the AC. Not to the quality for the cost

Excellent location and staff were amazing.

Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Palermo na piechotę, tuż obok katedry. Hotel organizuje parking, jeśli jest potrzeba. Obsługa niezwykle pomocna i miła. Apartament Family ogromny, przepięknie i stylowo urządzony, czysty.

Palazzo storico in pieno centro, camere belle e staff gentilissimo.
This Boutique Hotel certainly lived up to its expectations. The location was very central & quiet. It was close to the train station, restaurants (as recommended by the staff), & all the town attractions. The room was perfect and even had a small kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. What made our stay extra special though, were the staff, in particular Nini, Laura & Andrea. They were so accommodating & couldn’t do enough for you!
