Das Hotel befindet sich an perfekter Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten war sehr sauber und auch sehr gross. Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das, was aber wirklich ausgezeichnet war, war die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns für jeden Abend das Restaurant empfohlen und gebucht. Egal, was man benötigt hat, es wurde umgehend organisiert und bestätigt. So einen super Service haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir reisen viel. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!!!

Great location, had a little balcony. Great staff. Water, tea and coffee in the mini bar of the room was included which was great. Great location to everything not too noisy. Had ac. Complimentary breakfast and to go breakfast bag for when we headed to our next location. Nice touch!

The staff were SO helpful about suggestions and recommendations. Seriously, some of the best service ever. Breakfast was extremely varied, you ordered the night or day before. Location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of everything, but quieter.
We highly recommend this lovely hotel for your stay in Palermo. We stayed in Palermo for a week and, with the assistance of Alessandra, we used drivers for day trip excursions and wonderful restaurant suggestions/reservations. They also suggested a wine /appetizer pairing at their sister hotel that was delightful! The rooms were unique, clean and beautiful. The service and welcoming attitude of all of the staff made our stay in Sicily memorable! GRACIE!
This is a very beautiful and historic small hotel right in the heart of Palermo's old city and just steps away from its famous "Four Corners." The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet (even given its central location!), and well-equipped, and the entire staff, from reception, kitchen, and housekeeping, couldn't be more welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Guests can look forward to a delicious customized breakfast each morning in the hotel's dining area. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the Palazzo Natoli to everyone coming to Palermo. Thanks to everyone for providing us with a memorable and enjoyable experience!

These are apartments, not a hotel, and the place feels like a classic tourist trap. The photos do not match reality.
We were placed in a basement room (there was no information about this in advance), with windows at street level and balcony doors facing a wall. There is no proper ventilation in the room.
The room has almost no sound insulation. There are garbage bins right at the entrance, and people are constantly throwing trash there. At one point, someone even relieved themselves right in front of our window.
Breakfast was very disappointing. You have to order it a day in advance, and the breakfast area is extremely small. The worst part was the food quality—it was not fresh (the croissants seemed to be one or two days old).
Considering we paid 250 euros for a room, this is definitely not good value for money. There are many much better, real hotels in Palermo—avoid this place.
