Host cancelled after we payed !
Pros:

Hosts ignored many phone calls from us. This apartment is in the Rivergate complex.There are many available from other respectable hosts. DO NOT BOOK Andinh. Once they finally agreed to talk they a male and female met us at the hotel and said sorry not available and not their fault as the “owner” advertises it. We got the apartment at a great price and they wouldn’t Honor it. The apartment continued to stay advertised. They refused to contact Hotels.com.au which we could not do from our phones. Worst experience ever. They appeared to think it was funny. Stay with another apartment at this address as it’s a good location and value for money. We averaged $100 AUD for 3 bedroom.

More bad than good
Pros:

Nice pool and gym, other than that, it's small room, not much amenities. Gotta call the person ahead to check in, and when checking in, the guy asked for money up front, when told I paid through hotels.com, he didn't know, had to check his phone and saw that I paid. Check out was easy, just call the guy and say you're checking out, leave the keys inside the room and done. It was cheaper than most places around, so that's a plus. One small towel was provided for the 3 days I stayed there, they were expecting me to do laundry everyday, that sucks.
