Apartamento pequeno ( como é o padrão íbis) chuveiro frio de manhã. Faltou toalha de rosto.

Me decepcionei nunca mais, sempre fiz reserva na rede íbis .. agora não mais

Muito ruim, sempre me hospedei na maioria da rede íbis, mas é muito ruim .. não recomendo !!

Pros:

A acomodação no hotel ibis em Teresina foi tão boa quanto quando me hospedei nas demais cidades por onde já passei. Sempre busco um ibis na cidade que vou. Conforto, bom atendimento, limpeza, tudo em um só lugar. Além da localização que geralmente é excelente.

Não teve pontos negativos.

Cons:

O quarto é escuro, cama desconfortavel. Tivemos que solicitar mudança de quarto, pois o ar condicionado nao funcionava e fazia muito barulho.

Cons:

Se dizem petfrendley mas limitam o peso do animal até 10kg, ou seja, animais acima disso são barrados e impedidos de entrar. Além disso só permitem a entrada de 1 pet por apartamento. Isso é um absurdo. Animais são equiparados como membro familiar não podem ser tratados dessa forma, até pq a hospedagem dela é cobrado um valor de 106,00. À opção que tive foi levar um para o quarto e deixar o outro no meu carro com o ar ligado e ainda quiseram me cobrar a estadia do pet que ficou no carro. ABSURDO!! Graças a Deus encontrei um hotel que aceitaram eles e não cobraram nenhum acréscimo (Hotel Velho Monte).
