Pros:

Proche des bus et Gare donc grande mobilité, chambre très équipée, grande et bien agencé
Personnel très accueillant et gentil

Cons:

Honnêtement rien ne m'a donné de mauvaise expérience car tout s'est extrêmement bien passé

This was our 2nd stay here. We just can’t fault it. The staff, the facilities were exemplary. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The location is great, a short walk to the train station and shops (Westfield plaza). We were also given a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. Thanks Roomzzz

Cons:

Nothing really, if l had any difficulties the staff at reception were right on it.
However if there was a short instruction book on the table on how to operate some of the equipment eg. washer, induction cooktop, oven, aircon. But in saying that the staff are there to help with no questions.

Top location, staff, and facilities, at a reasonable price for London
Pros:

Great room, clean and spacious. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful, especially Robert and Rita who helped me extend my stay for an addition week. Will stay here again!

Pros:

Ein wirklich schönes unkompliziertes Hotel mit einer super Verkehrsanbindung. Es war alles sauber sowie zweckmäßig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man bekommt den ganzen Tag Tee und Kaffee umsonst und früh auch ein Croissant. Ich würde dieses Hotel für den nächsten London Trip auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Pros:

Tv in bedroom didn’t work, & wasn’t fixed even though we were told it would be. Apartment booked wasn’t available so we had 2 seperate apartments instead.

Spacious and clean room. Staff are friendly.
Pros:

Room size is spacious and clean. Ironing board and iron are provided. Love their placement of plugs. No need to take our our own extension cord. They have plugs on both sizes of the bed. Bed is comfy. Basic kitchen supplies are there.
This may be not the location for 1st time travellers to London. Location is close to Westfield mall. It takes an hour mostly to go to zone 1. However, if you don't mind to take transit and be a bit far from zone 1, this place is awesome. Walking distance to London stadium.

Cons:

the water pressure for the shower could be a bit better. We stayed twice there, one of the room was a bit better. Could be the showerhead.
