Muito boa
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a estação de trem e dos pontos turísticos centrais. O staff do hotel é muito gentil e prestativo.

Удобное расположение, все рядом. Персонал- отличное общение и помощь во всем. Возможность оставить вещи в день выезда- дали ключ, чтобы мы могли забрать вещи, когда нам удобно. Это просто супер.
Завтрак небольшой, но есть основные продукты- хлопья, сыр , ветчина, кофе, соки.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo e muito prática para explorar a região. O espaço é confortável, bem cuidado e transmite aquela sensação de tranquilidade desde a chegada. O café da manhã muito bom. A equipe é extremamente simpática e atenciosa, mantendo tudo impecavelmente limpo durante toda a estadia.

Destaque especial para a Francesca, que foi incrível — deu ótimas dicas, ajudou em cada detalhe e resolveu todos os pormenores com uma simpatia fora de série. Tornou nossa experiência ainda melhor.

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip zum Erleben von Neapel!
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut, kurzer Weg in die Altstadt und Metro Station ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Man muss wissen, dass das Hotel eine Etage in einem Altbaus ist ( wurden aber kurz vorher informiert). Haus ist architektonisch, wie in einem Visconti Film einschließlich Fahrstuhl! War auch mal schön zu sehen! Vielen Dank auch für die unkomplizierte Organisation des Transfers zum Flughafen!

Cons:

Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, daher ziemlich laut! Sollte bei einem Kurztrip zu ertragen sein!

Ask for room that doesn’t face road.
Pros:

Location, secure building, clean and good facilities. Second time we’ve stayed here, ask for room 6 as very quiet, this time we were in a room facing the main road so was quite noisy.

Cons:

Road noise. Breakfast is very basic and fruit was very ripe/rotting. Bit disappointing.

Nice small hotel in the center of Napoli.
Pros:

The location was really nice and central. The owner was very friendly and helpful. And the building was a pleasing mixture of old architecture and new renovations.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, nothing exciting.

Hotel ne merita.t pas 3 etoiles
Pros:

La gentillesse de Francesca

Cons:

Pas de personnel présent à la réception.
La solution de dépannage pour le petit déjeuner, quand on doit le prendre avant 8h n est pas satisfaisante. Nous avons eu juste un café et un croissant. De surcroit, le personnel de la boutique n est pas aimable.
