Great location for the airport and if enjoy watching the aircraft if you did the right room.
Pros:

This hotel was chosen for its location at the airport.

Cons:

I did request Airport facing room in advance and again at reception but the room 308 was facing Subway.

Brak ciepłej wody, poza tym w porządku
Pros:

Przede wszystkim pochwalić należy przemiłą i kompetentną obsługę (pracownicy hotelu to piękna wizytówka Szwajcarii), wygodne łóżko,, smaczne śniadanie, bezproblemowy transport lotniskowy (za dodatkową opłatą).

Cons:

Po 11-godzinnym locie marzyłem o gorącym prysznicu i odpoczynku. Ale nie było mi to dane, bo o godz. 22:00 leciała tylko zimna woda. Dopiero o 7:00 następnego dnia doczekałem się ciepłej (ale nie gorącej) wody.

Standard o wiele niższy niż w hotelach tej sieci w Katowicach czy Warszawie w Polsce, a cena sporo wyższa.

Ottimo, posizione strategica
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino all'aereoporto e con diversi servizi intorno come centri commerciali, ristoranti e aziende ( motivo per il quale ho soggiornato in questa struttura ) pulito, silenzioso, ordinato e soprattutto con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo visto anche la posizione.

Cons:

zunächst möchte ich erwähnen, dass ich gelernter Sanitär- und Heizungsbaumeister bin und die nachfolgend geschilderte Situation daher fachlich beurteilen kann.

Grundsätzlich war ich mit dem Zimmer und dem allgemeinen Zustand des Hotels zufrieden. Einziger, jedoch erheblicher Kritikpunkt war die Warmwassertemperatur in der Dusche. Das Duschwasser erreichte lediglich eine gefühlte Temperatur von ca. 35–37 °C, was für einen Hotelbetrieb nicht ausreichend ist.

Nach den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik, insbesondere dem DVGW-Arbeitsblatt W 551 sowie den einschlägigen hygienischen Anforderungen an Trinkwarmwasseranlagen in öffentlichen Gebäuden und Hotels, muss die Temperatur im Trinkwarmwasserspeicher mindestens 60 °C betragen. An den Entnahmestellen (z. B. Dusche) sollten mindestens 50–55 °C erreicht werden. Diese Temperaturen sind notwendig, um eine hygienisch sichere Warmwasserversorgung zu gewährleisten und das Risiko einer Legionellenvermehrung zu minimieren. Temperaturen im Bereich von 35–37 °C gelten als kritisch und stellen aus fachlicher Sicht ein erhöhtes Gesundheitsrisiko dar.

Ich habe das Problem während meines Aufenthalts an der Rezeption gemeldet. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass die Störung zeitnah, noch am Wochenende, behoben wird. Am Sonntagmorgen war das Wasser jedoch weiterhin unverändert kalt, subjektiv sogar kälter als zuvor. Daraus lässt sich schließen, dass die Ursache in der Warmwasserbereitung bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht behoben wurde.

Ich hoffe, dass Sie diesen Hinweis ernst nehmen und die Warmwasseranlage entsprechend überprüfen und dauerhaft instand setzen, um sowohl den Komfort als auch die hygienische Sicherheit Ihrer Gäste sicherzustellen.

Expensive for the size of room, beds not very comfortable and breakfast was terrible, cold and not much choice for the price. Go to theMcDonalds across the road for breakfast
