Food option were very limited
View, stay was really good.
Had a A1 stay along with complementary holi celebration.
Food was not exceptional, i can't say it was bad. But food was one thing I won't remember voco for.
Their is a scope for food taste improvement.
the breakfast was not so great, not worth the money spent on the property. The taj next door was cheaper and the buffet was more elaborate, poor serving and options, was very generic.
food was very sad and expensive. Also, according to the staff, pet friendly property means that the dog cannot sit outside and even with pet parents cannot take him to any open dining space, as it was not allowed too, so ideally, total waste of money.
Food Arrangements was best. Location was best. Staff behavior so nice . Peaceful neat and Beautiful Place. River Side the best area . garden very Nice.

The resort is in the foothills of the Himalayas, a nice and peaceful resort. With great staff.
But this resort has piped music playing 24 7 Loud piped music of some flute or pipe decryption which repeats every 4 to 5 mins it drives you nuts ...the staff know this is a problem and will gladly turn in down or off late at night.
I had to ask 4 times but staff change and every morning its back on at 7.30 am...
not sure why this is a required in such a Beautifull location.
Very nice property, but attention to detail in room clean ups was not great… Had to ask for more toilet paper hand soap etc other than that was very good

Comfortable room, great food, lovely staff, property next to kosi river , decent size swimming pool.
Maintenance of property could be better. Furniture on kosi terrace shows some wear & tear.
The service is attentive
The food is diverse although the buffet (breakfast and dinner) are limited for non-indian selection. But this is acceptable considering most guests are Indian.

Only to be nitpicking: if you do a safari, some zones are further away and will require a longer journey to get there

washrooms were stinking.The light was going off in our room every 15 secs...When we asked them to change the room they wanted to move us in a different wing all together while our family stays in this one meanwhile they had a room in the same wing as our family,my husband had to argue with them for this.
The food was stale n they were forcing us to buy their buffet!!Their reasoning - your food would take 30 mins to prepare so eat from the buffet!
