Für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf jeden Fall geeignet.
Pros:

in dem Bett konnte ich gut schlafen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig. Man hört jedes Klappen einer Tür.
Das Parken ist etwas problematisch, ich hatte das Glück, einen Platz zum Ausladen in der Nebenstrasse zu finden.

Ich war alleine unterwegs und wurde von einer super freundlichen Dame in Empfang genommen, die mir alles super erklärte. Der Hotel eigene Parkplatz ist etwas versteckt gelegen, aber absolut tauglich. Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Die Zimmer sind auf verschiedene Gebäude verteilt. Meines war in einem versteckten Haus hinter dem Haupthotel und sehr ruhig, sogar mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad und das Schlafzimmer waren sauber und absolut ausreichend für meine Nacht dort.

Prima Hotel für Ausflüge nach Würzburg, zum Wandern etc. und für den Genuss regionalen Weins.
Pros:

Zimmer ausreichend groß. Einfach, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Parkplatz für Motorrad vorhanden und kostenlos.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.
Verkauf regionaler Weine zu fairen Preisen in der Lobby.
Tolle Lage: Ruhig, unweit von Restaurants, Weingütern, Main, Bushaltestelle (für Fahrten nach Würzburg).

Das Demling bietet moderne Zimmer, geschmackvoll gestaltete Badezimmer, sehr feines Frühstück mit erstklassigem Kaffee. Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Außenbereich mit Sichtschutz verstaut werden. Zum Main-Radweg ist's nur ein Katzensprung.

Cons:

Bei geöffnetem Fester sind die "Nachbarn" zu hören. Nicht schlimm, aber etwas lästig.
