Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel. It’s close to many of Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, and transportation was very easy. Galataport, Karaköy, and Galata Tower are all within walking distance. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

My Home Away from Home in Istanbul

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The location is exceptional—very close to Karaköy Pier, Istanbul Modern, Galata Tower, the T1 tram line, and many convenient transport connections. It is the perfect base for exploring Istanbul.

The rooms and common areas are always very clean, and the staff speak English, which makes communication easy. The service is discreet, professional, and never intrusive. Everyone is genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive to the smallest details.

This was my sixth stay here since 2022, and I am already planning to return. It has become my preferred place to stay and will continue to be my home base whenever I visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!

لقد سكنت في هذا الفندق من 6/24 إلى 7/1 وقد كانت أسعاره ممتازة وهو جميل ورائع وكانت مساحة الغرفة لا بأس بها واطلالتها جميلة جداً وموقع الفندق جميل جداً وقريب من أهم المعالم السياحية في القسم الأوروبي وجميع الموظفين الثلاثة كانوا جميعهم أخلاقهم رائعة وقد حظيت بـ 2 قهوة تركية كضيافة من أحد الموظفين فأشكركم جميعاً

من خلال رؤيتي للصور اكتشفت انه لا يوجد شطافات في الحمامات فقمت بالشراء من بلدي شطاف متنقل للمسافر
فيوجد عندي ملاحظة بسيطة اتمنى فقط من مالك الفندق وضع شطافات في الحمامات

Such good service, value for money and amazing location
Pros:

The location, staff, room … everything was perfect. The bed was soooo comfortable!

Cons:

I would prefer if the room was cleaned daily. It’s also a bit noisy with the roads but that didn’t bother me personally

Perfect base camp to visit Istanbul
Pros:

The real strong points are the kindness of the staff and the location. We really felt at home and the vibrant life around the location has a lot to offer. The tram stop in front is the perfect start for further explorations around the city.
