An excellent choice
Pros:

Excellent location, garage on site, staff friendly and helpful, quiet, very good breakfast. Room was huge, on two levels, with two toilets, beautiful view of the cathedral, very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Aircon was insufficient for the size of the room, upstairs was boiling hot (mid heatwave, would probably be fine normally)

Zimmer top, Rezeption und Frühstück hat Luft nach oben.

Zimmer war wie immer tip top

Cons:

Rezeption war morgens um 08.00 Uhr nicht besetzt.
Frühstücksbuffet war um 06.30 Uhr nicht vorbereitet.

Teleurstellend
Pros:

De locatie en het ontbijt. Dat was netjes verzorgd

Cons:

Nou eerste kamer erg slecht vies tapijt vol met vlekken, durfde tafel al niet aan de kant te zetten, tv waar geen verbinding was met antenne, douche met schimmel op de kit naden. Geklaagd kregen toen een andere kamer die stukken beter was alleen was de beugel van tv niet te verstellen, hing helemaal slap omlaag. Verder liepen nog net niet polonaise in de kamer maar ook in de douche, er liepen er zelfs in bed. Hebt een airco systeem wat zeer handig zou zijn met de hitte van de afgelopen dagen maar helaas hij werkte niet. Dus echt een zware teleurstelling

Tolles Hotel! Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Am Empfang hieß es, unsere Zimmer (EZ gebucht, DZ erhalten) wären upgegraded. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker, der Frühstücksraum geräumig.
Zur Altstadt sind es fußläufig nur 7-8 Minuten. Für unsere beiden Motorroller bekamen wir kostenpflichtig einen Stellplatz in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Insgesamt waren wir angenehm vom Hotel überrascht.
