Pros:

Das Parken war relativ anspruchsvoll, weil die Tiefgarage sehr eng und verwinkelt ist. Das Hotel war sehr angenehm und das Personal stets freundlich und kompetent.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Zu Fuß ist in der Stadt alles super zu erreichen und der zubuchbare Parkplatz für 15€ pro Tag ist perfekt

Der Preis und die Lage sind attraktiv, auch die Einrichtung hat ihren Charme, wenn auch etwas altmodisch. Leider war für mich als Hausstauballergikerin ungünstig, dass hinter dem TV eine deutlich sichtbare Staubschicht zu sehen war und im Zimmer leider ein Teppichboden verlegt war.
Die Lichtschalter wirkten etwas schmuddelig, Zimmer insgesamt eher sauber. Empfangen wurde ich freundlich.

Zimmer sehr schmutzig ( Teppich, Schrank). Sehr laut, sehr warm im Zimmer und keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln des Zimmers. Balkontür ist nicht kippbar. Lage ist toll. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden für 15 Euro. Empfang freundlich. Bin nach einpaar Stunden abgereist, da es einfach zu warm im Zimmer war, zu laut, wenn man Balkontüre aufmacht und zu hell von der Straße her. Da man keinen Verdunklungsvorhang hat, sondern nur eine Gardine, fühlt man sich beobachtet.

Pros:

Netter Empfang. Sauberes, in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer und Bad. Zentrale Lage um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Preislich ok. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Jedoch ändert sich das schnell. Das erste Zimmer schien definitiv nicht geputzt. Nach einem Umzug war es nur wenig besser. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad überall schwarzer Schimmel und Kalkränder. Außerdem hatte ich auch nicht wirklich das Gefühl, dass geputzt wurde. Mir wurde für den nächsten Tag wieder ein Umzug angeboten, was ich ablehnte, da ich für zwei Nächte nicht mit Zimmer wechseln beschäftigt sein wollte. Es wurde sich entschuldigt und ich wurde aufgefordert, die Fotos zu schicken. Nicht sehr befriedigend.

Sehr gute Lage. Der Hbf. und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig; die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar, aber von guter Qualität. Die Einrichtung und Tapeten an den Wänden sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Es gibt sehr viele Hunde im Hotel, was wir als unangenehm empfanden.

Es war ein ganz schlechter Geruch im Neubau-Komplex, vor allem in den Gängen. Es gab keine Hand- und Badetücher. Wir hatten zur Not kleine Unterlegetücher für WC bekommen. Es war sehr schmutzig, überall waren Spuren von vorigen Bewohner vorhanden. Auch die Spiegel waren schmutzig. Ich denke es wurde nur der Boden gesaugt, sonst nichts. Richtig ekelhaft.
Mit zwei kleinen Kinder waren die Umstände noch unerträglicher.
Habe mit Expedia gesprochen und geschrieben, um bei einer Stornierung zu helfen. Warte schon über einen Tag auf eine Rückmeldung.
Mal schauen ob das Expedia lösen kann…

Staff was very helpful and kind, common spaces are very nice, but the room was extremely old. I've stayed in other rooms at this hotel, and this section (249 area) is in desperate need of a renovation and update to match the rest of the hotel.

Pros:

Zeer fijn hotel, alleen inchecken duurde erg lang. Er stond een lange rij om 16.00 en per persoon nam de vrouw achter de balie de tijd. En we misten een koelkastje. Verder top voor onze doorreis naar Oostenrijk. Goed ontbijt, fijne bedden, ruime familiekamer. Badkamer met apart toilet. Op korte loopafstand van centrum en centraal station. Deze onthouden we zeker!

Great location. Bad timing stay. Overall recommen.
Pros:

Nice stay. We picked again because of the parking. We arrived to find that it was undergoing repairs and not available to us. Inconvenient and also more expensive to park at the public space. The bed was not so comfortable this stay…
Also a workman with very strong body odor used the elevator- it was so strong that we exited immediately and only used elevator when checking out to get our luggage down.
The people were friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We will stay again.

Rigtig fint sted at overnatte på vej til italien
Pros:

Vi overnattede en enkelt nat. Vi ankom kl. 22 om aftenen og kørte næste dag kl. 0930
Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Der var pænt og rent på stedet. Sovepladserne fungerede fint. Vi var to voksne og to børn på samme værelse.
Morgenmadsbuffeten var god og der blev konstant fyldt op i den.
