Very basic accommodations, but good location and quiet. Could use a substantial refresh.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Good facilities, although strange bed arrangement (very high off the floor !).

If I ever need to go back to London I would chose it again, location is the best thing, close to Picadilly street, Hyde Park, etc.

Handy accommodation to be able to visit the city sights. Public transport easily accessible. Apartment very tiny but still was suitable and met requirements but found that room stayed in did not match pictures as shown online (online looked much more luxurious than in reality). Room could do with some maintenance (eg, paint peeling and mold in bathroom, gaps in floorboard joinery). Reception staff pleasant and helpful, easy to communicate with.

Wonderfully located apartment with a very comfortable lounge and well equipped and very spacious.
The flat could do with a freshen-up and nee pillows - otherwise excellent.

Location is fabulous but the property is in poor condition internally and laid out badly.
The bed was a fold up to the wall bed and had a very thin mattress.
THe shower stall is only suitable for thin people as the door does not allow you to get through. THe tray is slippery when wet but not mat supplied, it is also a high step down onto the floor which encourages falling when exiting the shower.
The kitchen is reasonably equiped but lacks crockery sufficient for catering a full meal. There was no roasting pans for use in the oven.
The entertainment system supplied looked impressive but was not usable as the wires were tangled up so much that they could not be untangled.
The air conditioner is behind heavy curtains and is inadequate for the room. Opening the window was not possible as the street outisde is extremely noisy.

THIS PROPERTY IS AWFUL, AVOID IF YOU CAN, OLD DIRTY AND FOR SURE IS A NO GO... AND CERTAINLY NOT CHEAP, SHOULD BE A 2 STAR PROPERTY.. MAYBE 1 ..

Fabulous location and comfortable apartment. Has your basic needs, super comfy bed.

Bus and underground just 5 minutes walk away. Buckingham place 10 minutes away. Easy

All good except internet .... TERRIBLE !
Made doing biz challenging

Great location, good sized lounge, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Well presented, tiny lift but at least there was one. We were on the first floor so easy walk up. Only problem was that there were no instructions for the washer/dryer and the TV which had over 600 channels but needed instruction how to search them. Both were solved by the concierge and they demonstrated the solutions.
It would be better if a list was made of the standard channels and their numbers rather than searching through 600 channels.
Overall we have stayed with this apartment group twice and are very happy.

Good service good facility great location safe neighbourhood

Cons:

- Apartment is very consumed needs refurbishment. Would recommend 20 Hartford street over 17 as it is refurbished and newer.
- Not family-friendly; very small non-practical lift (max 3 person) and very small bathroom sink.
- Bed mattress and pillows very soft and not comfortable.

Pros:

- Very good location with close access to buses and underground.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Good full kitchen amenities.
- Spacious bedroom and living area.

The location for the price is great. The size of the apartment in that neighborhood was really good. The furnishings are simple, not fancy. But you cannot compete in that part of town for the price.

Clean, well appointed flat in a great location. Would give 5 star but for strong food smell from restaurant below. Easily fixed with deodorisers
