Clean, safe, conveniently located
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Trees Residences. The property is a short walk from SM City Fairview and has easy access to a convenience store, laundry facility, and food vendors. Each tower has its own security guard. The unit itself was fully equipped with kitchen tools and even included some toys and games. We appreciated little touches that made us feel at home.

One of the better condo experiences at that price
Pros:

However, I paid 200 pesos for pool use to later find out later that the charge is only 150. I'm thinking the caretaker gave themselves a tip.

Pros:

Very nice property, very close to the shopping areas. The ammenites provided inside the condo were excellent. My only gripe was that the pool required you to pay everyday for its use which seems ridiculous.

Apt experience complete with harsh security

Stay would have been more tolerable if at onset knew what I was walking into. Tower 11 is in back so quite the walk.

Bad; minor room damage, hallway noise due to no carpet, parking, tower location

Good; relative price, pool, QC location, caretaker was attentive

Pros:

The property is alright, the hangers looked disgusting, both the shampoo and shower gel were in clean, clear plastic bottles, and no toilet paper was available, in the bathroom, when one of us had to go to the bathroom, the day we arrived.
