Very large room. Comfortable and quite big with dining area and counter. Had TV with channels large window with city view
Dirty at the entrance. Aircon was not cold on the 3-5th day of stay.. i was already at 16 deg still felt hot. No cleaning service.

For me, the location was good. Rooms were very clean, did not smell, and were very functional. Air conditioning was powerful. Pillows were wonderfully soft. Good value for money.
There were four issues I came across... 1. They did not change towels and make up beds daily, and 2. I stayed in 3 different rooms for 3 separate short stays and the shower heads in each were not great. 3. They did not accept credit cards - everything had to be paid in cash. 4. Internet was v weak.

near the clinic i visited and food options outside
the smell of the surprundings when we arrived, even the smell inside the room. I think they have to spray it few hours before a guest arrived. Also we have to pay additional 500php for 2hrs early check in.
