The stay was nice apart from the noise at night sometimes every was great:) it was a nice room
Pros:

The room had a good amount of space, comfy bed, tv with apps on it, free WiFi and heater fans for when it’s cold at night:) They also have a WhatsApp which is 24/7 when we needed something we would just message the hotel and they would help us out!

Cons:

We were ground floor (room 1) so it was very noisy outside a lot of sirens but not the hotels fault!

Pros:

Easily checked in.

Cons:

Cleaning wasnt good, the door lock almost fell off. The walls were dirty, it did not look as the same as the booking. I want a partial refund that I left right after my 1st night and had to find different airbnb on the last 2 days

I honestly got value for my money cos I have not traveled to watch Chelsea PSG game, so didn’t need much grandiose set u
Pros:

The location was nice. Close to Chelsea Stadium (about 29 min walk) and to West Brompton station (5 min walk). Shops are also close by. Really nice and accessible.

The room had an AC (though not needed)
Heater was really good.
The room was clean.

It was easy accessing the room from the main entrance.

Staff communication was the best I have experienced. Super helpful, respectful and responsive.

Cons:

No soap.
Internet wasn’t strong, but could be cos I was in the basement room. Couldn’t watch any streaming channels on my device (Netflix and the likes). For Social Media access and web surfing, it was ok.

The matress was not comfortable.

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel dal 24 al 28 febbraio.Il personale della struttura è stato molto disponibile, gentile e simpatico con noi, inoltre un altro punto a favore della struttura la posizione perfetta per muoversi avendo due stazioni della metro a pochi passi e una fermata del bus appena fuori dalla porta d’ingresso. Consiglierei questa struttura a qualsiasi turista che voglia una posizione comoda per visitare la città spendendo una cifra al di sotto della media londinese, e sicuramente non rimarrà deluso.

Cons:

l’unica pecca della struttura sono le pareti troppo sottili, ma i proprietari non possono farci nulla purtroppo.

This accommodation is pretty much for a quick stint in London, with a good location. Otherwise, for this price, I guess
Pros:

The location is exceptional with a bus stop literally in front of the property and the underground 50m away.

Cons:

The shower was broken and I had the choice between boiling water or no water. The toilet seat did not fit and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. There was also a lot of dust and garbage under my bed, poor wifi and quite noisy at times.

Pros:

Lo cerca que esta del metro y lo fácil que fue llegar a la zona de westminster para hacer tour, tener la parada del bus prácticamente en la puerta del hospedaje también es una opción a considerar, sin duda esta bien comunicado

Cons:

La calefacción no iba, el colchón no era del todo cómodo (pero depende de gustos)

Cons:

Limpeza. Falta de internet. Colocaram nos no último andar e não há elevador. Ao terceiro dia sem internet, e após muitas reclamações, mudaram nós para o amsterdam hotel, também bastante sujo nas áreas comuns, o quarto menos mal, mas sem estores (as sete da manhã já não se conseguia dormir com a luz) e sem ar condicionado.

Krásné ubytování v hezké a dostupné lokalitě
Pros:

Lokalita byla skvělá, hned před hotelem je zastávka autobusu, do 10 minut chůze je metro i krásné hospůdky, 2 minuty do obchodu

Cons:

Výhled z okna na zahradu (nebyla upravená - zarostlá a vedle byl na zahradě nepořádek, ale to již hotel nemůže ovlivnit)

Terrible Stay
Pros:

A terrible stay at this hotel for my first visit to London. First off, the checkin process was not smooth- received an email saying I could check in online but the stayz app did not recognize my reservation number. Showed up at hotel around 1430 and the door was locked . Had to communicate via whatsapp which was painful . Finally received a door code 20 minutes later. Upon room arrival, no working AC , no working WIFI, no working TV, smoke smelling room. After flying 13 hours, I could not even take a shower because the shower head bar broke off and the water temperature was scalding hot! Numerous unanswered messages regarding complete lack of amenities and the inability to take a shower. No one was working at front desk to help.
And to end my night, the building fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes and I received a whatsapp message with a video showing me how to turn off a fire alarm!
My reservation was prepaid for 3 nights but I left after the first night. I complained to the hotel about their lack of amenities via whatsapp since there was no one at the front desk again when I left in the morning . I received a " Sorry for your experience email but your reservation is non refundable" email.There are plenty of other hotels in that area- it's worth the extra few bucks it may cost. Leaving after the first night was the best decision I made.
