È posizionata in una bella zona residenziale. È a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro e ha un Tesco a 1 minuto di distanza.
Abbiamo trovato il pavimento sporchissimo, infatti dopo neanche 5 minuti che camminavamo sul pavimento con le calze ci siamo rese conto che erano completamente nere.
Sulle lenzuola c’erano aloni di macchie vecchie e abbiamo trovato anche una macchia marrone.
Il servizio di assistenza 24/7 non funziona. Abbiamo chiesto a mezzanotte di avere della carta igienica dato che l’avevamo terminata; ci hanno risposto alle 15:30 quando ormai avevamo fatto il check-out.

The other were guests kept leaving the front door open which made me feel scared and worried for my safety
Clean and comfortable bed
Right by very busy road and window was single glazed so very noisy. No sleep. No toilet roll when arrived. Sink a space saver tiny one so couldn’t even wash face. Tv had no channels working. Walks were thin so could here guests

Our stay at the Wimberley Hotel was very disappointing and not worth the money. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around, making it feel very uncomfortable and suffocating. There were almost no facilities provided — not even a proper charging area — and only a tiny table in the room.
There was also no proper staff assistance. We had to check ourselves in by following instructions provided remotely. During the night, a very loud alarm suddenly went off while we were sleeping, and then another loud alarm woke us again around 6:00 AM. On top of that, people repeatedly knocked loudly on our door saying, “Open the door, we want to see,” which made us feel disturbed and unsafe.
Considering the high price we paid, the room quality and service were far below expectations. There was no parking available and very limited amenities overall. We would definitely not recommend this hotel to others.
The location is good, although Warwick Road is a busy street.
The overall condition of the hotel is very poor. Dirty and rundown. So was our room. There was no Wifi (other guests confirmed the same), we got a mattress protector as a duvet, the shower head was broken, spilling the water everywhere, ill-fitting toilet seat, shower door coming off in the bathroom. When asked to resolve the situation, we were told that the matters were escalated to management, who did not bother to get back or offer a solution to any of the problems. All these for £74.44.
The location was perfect, very close to Earl’s Court tube station, close to restaurants and shops
There was no internet, the TV wasn’t working and could be more clean (the curtains were dirty , the little bin in the bathroom was rusty ) so could be much better with a little extra effort but for one night i guess is fine
Clean , friendly staff good, decent stay for budget place
You could here the people above us walking - the floor was so squeaky it kept us awake even with war plugs in

Lo primero no es un hotel funciona como apartamento con clave puerta y clave habitacion y no tiene recepcion ni persona en el edificio
Te dan numero de WhatsApp con quien te conectas
Cuando entremos en la habitacion encontramos poca limpieza y trozos de pared abultados por la humedad.
-Lo mas grave son las almohadas mas sucias, muy sucias daban asco dormir en ellas.
-No te hacen la cama ni limpian la habitacion por norma cada tres días ni recogen la basura
-El ruido en la habitacion 1 es dia y noche pasando ambulancias y mucho trafico
-El enchufe baño no funciona
-Cuando escribes al WhatsApp del Hotel no te atienden 2 dias con esas almohadas
-Consejo si contratas con Booking llama al numero atencion cliente en español,, esa fue la unica manera de que al final te hagan caso.
-Importante hacer una queja para solicitar una indemnización y sobre todo que este hotel Wembar no este en Booking
-Pido que todo el mundo haga queja oficial e intentemos que mas turistas no sufran este hotel Wembar.

It was a comfortable stay and we were able to contact the property and receive prompt responses during our day travelling there to let them know about traffic and such. We always felt reassured that we had someone there to help. It was a short walk away from Earl’s Court and a 1 minute walk to our coach day trip pick up point to Stonehenge which made commuting in the morning simple and we could have a sleep in.
There wasn’t much leg room in the bathroom between the toilet and the door but it wouldn’t stop us from staying again because there were too many perks to the accommodation.

Showed up, accommodation was unsanitary, untidy and unclean. Didn’t get a refund.
If you value your money - search for another accommodation in Kensington :)
