Pros:

The location was good, and checking in was easy. The sole staff member we did meet was pleasant and helpful. It did the job for approximately £25 a night per person.

Cons:

The place could do with some TLC. Bathroom slightly mouldy, wallpaper tearing, broken fan and door handle starting to wear etc. If you're not spending a lot of time in the hotel, you're grand

Pros:

Está con una buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro de Earl's Court y cerca de establecimientos de comida, supermercados y farmacias.

La atención por WhatsApp siempre fue oportuna.

Cons:

Los suplementos de higiene no eran suficientes para la cantidad de días (gel de baño y shampoo) y a veces no se veía el personal para solicitar.

Could be better
Pros:

The staff were nice and welcoming. We went to the hotel in the morning to leave our bags and as the room was ready they allowed us to check in.
Good location close to the tube, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes

Cons:

They didn’t request any type of ID for check in which isn’t very safe.
There’s a few things to be improved such as details in the cleaning of the spaces.
The shower drain was clogged and it flooded the bathroom. As there isn’t anyone in the reception and they don’t pick up the 24/7 phone line, we had to clean everything and deal with it until the next morning. Someone from the staff sorted it out during the day which was thankful.
We stayed in the basement and you can hear everyone walking upstairs.

Servizio accogliente e super disponibile. Posizione strategica per visitare Londra in comodità. Fermate dei bus e metro praticamente sotto la struttura. Il quartiere, tranquillo, offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno.

За свою ціну повністю ок. Ідеально для тих хто хоче бюджетно провести час у Лондоні і в готелі просто переночувати.
Pros:

Дуже класне місцерозташування. Чиста постіль, є фен, теплообогрівач, чайник з кавою та чаєм, трохи шампуню і гелю для душу.

Cons:

Не вистачило шкафу, маленька раковина.

Central location good, and available staff good. Facilities, room and cleanliness bad.
Pros:

The most positive thing was the location which is quite close to central London. The two foreigners working at this «unmanned-hotel» were also really nice and helpful with what they could do.

Cons:

Stayed for five nights. The room did resemble the pictures but it was worse when you enter and see for yourself. It feels like a run down student dorm room where the landlord has done cheap renovation solutions instead of renewing or actually fixing problems with the room. Window lock broken. Lamp in bathroom about to fall off and rusty. Mirror no longer hanging on the wall in bathroom just placed above the sink. Coatrack and chair at the small desk about to fall apart too. The sheets and bed were dirty, lots of small hairs on them and some yellow stain maybe from sweat. Bed not comfortable. Sheets Were not changed during stay. Towels were changed only if we asked for it but sometimes the two helpful people working there that was there from time to time could not change all our towels because they couldn’t find more of the type we first had. Lots of noise from room above and hallway, really thin walls. Door lock is old and on the outside to fix it from becoming more loose there were just jammed two smaller screws into small hole. The hotel owners should renovate this hotel but does not seems like a priority at all.
