الموظفون لطيفين و متواجدين دائما و خدومين، الشقه واسعه و نظيفه ، الاسرة كانها اسرة فنادق و نظيفه

Cons:

طلبت فصل اسرة كينق الى توينز و لم يلبوا طلبي الا في غرفة واحدة، مع اني اشترطت اثناء الحجز ان يتم فصل جميع الاسرة قبل وصولي و كان مكتوب بإمكانية ذاك
يوجد احيانا رائحة مجاري تدخل من الخارج

Pros:

Everything was great since the moment we arrived. The receptionists were very nice and helpful, the room was very nice and clean. The heating system worked and the kitchen has everything you need. everything is easy to find or to make it work.
The location is great, close to train/subway/park/places to eat/supermarkets. It has everything and it is not crowded like central places.

Great location, clean apartment , good location and value for money.

late checkout was granted at a discounted cost.

it took forever for them to approve the late checkout even when i had requested before my arrival and the lady at check in confirmed it was ok.
