Spacious, peaceful, great appliances and very well located.
Pros:

1 bedroom apartment exceeded expectation. Room 302. Peaceful, large,very good quality appliances such as Nespresso coffee maker, Breville toaster and Breville kettle, Laufen bidet. Bathroom was large and modern, good shower. Chilworth Court branded toiletries. Easy access via lift from reception. When it rained there were nice hotel branded umbrellas in the lobby for guests. Several excellent cafes nearby. Staff very helpful. Wonderful stay.

Cons:

The bed was clean and well presented, but the mattress wasn't top quality. Or the pillows. They were satisfactory for sure, but with the hotel doing so well with everything else it would have been nice to have a premium mattress. There were some light spillage marks on the sofa and a dining chair, but with so many guests coming through the it must be difficult to keep the kitchen area furnishings immaculate.

Excellent apartment, value for money ( discounted) and exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were first class. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. Excellent location to Paddington, quiet street, felt safe. Instant hot water, apartment heated up very quickly. Great amenities.

Cons:

We were in a basement flat, so the kitchen was very cold. The heating system worked very efficiently but there was no heating in the kitchen.

On our last night the smart TV ( which was only option to watch TV) did not connect to the WiFi. Switching the router off at main source did not work either as tried by the night porter, so we were without means of watching TV all evening.

Tesisin konumu ve çalışanları harika. Ama booking sistemindeki bir hatadan dolayı çift kişilik yatakta 3 kişi konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Otel çalışanları yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum

Cons:

Ben kaldığım odadan ötürü konforlu bir konaklama yaşayamadım ama bu hata daha çok booking sisteminin bir hatasıydı

عيب وحيد انه يتطلب مشي اكثر بالأماكن سياحيه ولكن لايعتبر عيب لان المنطقه هاديه وامنه قريبه من الهايد بارك ربع ساعه مشي .

Comfort e qualità, ottima base per visitare Londra.
Pros:

In quartiere signorile, posizione eccezionale a pochi passi da stazione metro ed ogni tipo di servizio, abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano di un elegante palazzo.
L’appartamento è pulito, ben disposto e dotato di tutti comfort, forse da rivedere solo il divano letto, pochino scomodo per gli adulti, ma per bambini nessun problema.

Nulla da segnalare.
