Excellent place to stay
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't do enough to help us and make our stay special. The apartments were spotless and the housekeeping was excellent. The location is perfect and a 1 minute walk from the tube station. We stayed in an executive deluxe apartment and it was nicely furnished. I would thoroughly recommend Fountain House and will definitely stay there again.

Exceptional location, high quality comfortable stay
Pros:

Fantastic location. Really well presented, clean and comfortable. Loved that the furniture wasn’t basic and cheap so it was enjoyable to spend sometime in the apartment.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this apartment and will also be looking to stay again.

Fabulous apartment, great location and lovely front door staff!
Pros:

Fabulous property with high quality design and furniture throughout. Great location less than one minute walk to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station!

Cons:

Family of 4 staying in 2 bed apartment with a very small hot water tank so really only 1 hot shower per morning or evening!

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

1. Cold shower - when pointed this out to staff I was told it had been an issue for a while.. (so why not get it sorted or inform on check in before taking a £300 deposit..?)

2. Lift out of order .... had to use stairs. Assuming another thing that has been out of action for a while..

3. On checkout fire alarm panel in reception showed a fault in flat 10.. when pointed it out to staff was told "its been like that a while.. Wow.....

Definitely not worth the money, def not the rating of accommodation it claims to be.

Needs urgent attention.

Pros:

This is my second stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, apart from the location, there's nothing I can praise

Cons:

The room walls were dirty. One night, the fire alarm went off three times, disturbing us.

Great place to stay with an excellent location near-by everything .
Pros:

Ahmed in the reception was great help. Everything was excellent. There were an issue which was resolved by Ahmed in the first flat ( no heater in the path) Ahmed change the flat to a lower level which was great and everything was working.

Cons:

Only one lift is working other one is not. Also there was a miner water leak in the small toilet.
