If I could rate this lower, I would.

Disgusting!! Is the only word I can use. I wouldn't allow my bunny to stay in this hell hole.

Only came here as we got moved here from another hotel. The only one thing good I can say about this hotel is that the girl at reception was lovely, she was getting so many complaints, bless her, but she was trying to deal with them all.
She showed us the first room and I refused to stay there, she then showed us one of the bungalows, jeysusss, I thought I had just entered a scene from a horror movie. Cabin in the woods. It was old, dark and dirty. Again, I refused that, too. She then showed us a bigger room in the hotel. By this point, it wasn't on her. Therefore, I contacted my holiday provider, and thankfully, they moved me to belek.
Do NOT book here!!! I didn't stay here but you will regret this hotel for sure!

The staff here made my holiday. Especially Alper and Zeynel. Great choice of food and rooms cleaned every day. Sure it needs some time to appreciate its plus points. The location is perfect. 30 metres from bar / restaurant to the beach and easy 5 minute walk to antik side. I would certainly recommend. It’s not 5 star but it certainly goes out of its way to make you feel welcome. My negative experience would be the lack of free internet throughout the hotel. But it was good to be device free for my stay. Thanks for a great time guys. Will definitely be back. Just returned today 13/11/24

Went to this dive with love holidays Never ever will we go back to Turkey due to this terrible experience.Food terrible, food prep filthy,broken floor tiles in pool area ,rooms not cleaned,poorly maintained, mini-bar not working,no lighting on stairs to rooms so dangerous, need google translate as staff only speak German,English not welcome even ignored by manager as we were English,no love holidays rep to turn too,no entertainment, restaurant not air-conditioning,hotel not 3 star ,food unlabelled so no idea what it is so beware if you have any allergies ,chefs smoking while serving food at times ,no ice cream,fizzy drinks warm as machine always breaking down,no choice of drinks,hotel not as advertised all false,reviews can be confirmed as we just got home after travelling with love holidays.

Worst hotel ever avoid avoid not as advertised 1 star at most. Stayed at this dive for a 2 week break on Sept 11 to 25 2024 Booking ref : LOV5897402U .absolutely terrible. Not at all as advertised and if you are English don't expect to be welcome. Dirty,in need of desperate repairs ,broken floor tiles in pool area .food terrible not all inclusive, no entertainment unless you are German even then its at most 1 night a week , Hotel manager will not talk or acknowledge any 1 English a very prejudice hotel. No free icecream.fizzy drinks if your lucky to find the machine actually is working as is falling apart.Food prep areas filthy. No labels on food.reheated food .don't bother asking for any repairs or complaining as they are not interested. Having to negotiate 2 flights of stairs at night no lighting had to use phone torch not great when you need to use a walking aid At most 1 star no way 3 false advertised .Will never go back to Turkey as a result of this appalling hotel.So we'll done Clover magic for doing wonders for Turkeys holiday trade .Even had to ask a Turkish friend to get involved it's that bad

We were extremely disappointed when we arrived at Altinkum Park as the room we were put in most definitely wasn’t the one we were expecting/ advertised. It seems we were put in staff accommodation as there were staff in other rooms on our balcony.
This possibly explains why the rooms were filthy, smelly, and poorly finished!
The rest of the resort wasn’t much better, badly finished, smelt of sewerage, dirty and a health and safety risk.
Tiles broken around the pool, unlit pathways and roots growing up through floor.
Food was OK, same most days and uncovered with flies on!
Had no clean towels or bed change the week we were there.Toilet roll was never topped up, even after asking a few times and we ended up buying some from the shop! Basics not met!
Would definitely not return to this hotel, but lived Side and the beach and easy access to historic ruins and shops.

After reading many online reviews and having booked after the appealing nature of the hotel and good reviews, we arrived to a hotel which was dissimilar to reviews and photos shown. Whilst we didn’t expect the ritz with the price, in comparison to the reviews and photos we seen we felt pretty let down. We notified the hotel of an allergy weeks in advance and again upon check in, we were told the chef would be made aware and food would be provided after speaking to our REP to confirm after having no available options for breakfast the 1st morning and fly covered food. At lunch we were then told there would be no food at all available that day and they would ‘try’ to source food for the next day, leaving our group to spend money to eat for our stay despite paying for all inclusive. For our duration we had mostly cold water, we asked for it to be checked, which they were prompt at doing for it to go cold again after 1 shower use. Rooms are damaged, run down and stained, with a lingering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, despite photos of rooms appearing modern and chic. However the cleaners do a good job at cleaning the beds and towels and cleaners were lovely to speak to. The rest of the staff seemed hostile and we constantly felt we were being discussed about despite our pretty basic requests. We asked for blankets on the 1st night and they weren’t provided leaving us to sleep without a blanket for 2 nights. We had to move hotels after only 2 nights. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for all inclusive, it’s a shame as it seemed to have so much potential in all reviews. I would avoid this hotel if you have any food allergies as they seemed to not understand what a food allergy meant. The only positives were that the air condition worked and the doors locked, and was right on the beach front where lovely restaurants did cater for our allergy requirements, we we’re not expecting a five star Michelin restaurant food at the hotel but even one option and fly free food would have been appreciated

We Stayed in Altinkum for one week in September and we are very happy with our stay. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Location of the hotel is perfect, next to the Beach and short walking distance to the Ancient City. All inclusive food was also good, but the best of the hotel was the hotel staff, all very friendly and polite but special Thanks for our pool Barman Yusuf, DJ and animator Kahn and Umut and waiter Cihan who makes us feel like in home after one day stay. We already planning to come back next year :)

We stayed in Altikum for 7 nights and we are so happy with our stay, rooms were clean and cleaned daily, very friendly people work here make us feel like home after one day here. Special Thanks for our pool barman Yusuf who even with his basic English always tried his best to help us with everything :) Location of this hotel I would say its the best in Side next to the beach and short walking distance to the Ancient City. There were small problems like fridge not work and my room locker doesn't lock from inside but as soon as reported they fixed everything within few minutes. GENERALLY for this price, location and friendly workers I would definitely recommend this hotel, also food was very good too and definitely we will be back here soon.

Nice small and clean hotel next to the sand beach and ancient town Side with many sightseeings, shops and restaurants. Excelent and kind staff. We really enjoyed staying there and maybe will come back some day.

We were transferred to this hotel from Joker Hill Side. They are so accommodating to us. The rooms are lovely. Good size for a couple. TV works but obviously only BBC news in English. Pool is small but it is very relaxing round there. Plenty of seats/loungers. Very close to the beach and there is a private section for hotel guests with free loungers. Near to lots of shops, bars, pharmacies etc. Would definitely recommend.

Wurden im falschen Hotel untergebracht. Hotel hatte es nicht bemerkt. Essen schlecht für All inklusive. Wenig Auswahl zu eintönig. Strand nichts besonderes.

Odaların içerisi kötü. Bar çok küçük ve hizmet kötü. Yemekler sürekli aynı ve öğlen çıkan yemek akşamda çıkıyor karşınıza.

We spend relaxing 7 days in this beautiful small hotel in Side.
It is situated near the sandy private hotel beach with a good acces to the sea. Sun beds with mattresses and parasols are for free. Rooms are quite new and well furnished, in the older part of the hotel it is possible to dry clothes and towels only on the shared terrace. The aircondition is needed, we had a little problem with it but the staff tried to repare it and then changed our room.
The all inclusive service was not so rich as in other *** hotels, but the food was very tasty (maybe little bit spicy).
The hotel is a closed complex full of plants, trees and flowers, very nice and cosy.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull, always smiling...
The historical centre of Side is 15 minutes by walking, worthy to see in the morning or in the evening.

I would recommend this hotel to those who prefer to have a smaller, family-based hotels - no huge impersonal monsters.
Smaller rooms, but amply sufficient to sleep (air conditioning, TV, hair dryer in the room, a fridge and a safe for a fee). Daily tidy. The hotel is situated in several buildings - some rooms upstairs, others only with access directly into the garden.
The food was different every day and good.
We were on vacation in the peak season and even though we always found a place to sit at meals, at the pool and the sea (the hotel has its own beach area - chairs and umbrellas on the beach free of charge). The beach is really dab - is sandy, only occasionally treacherous rocks in the water (not visible). The historic center of Side is only about a half hour away along the beautiful promenade along the sea.
Hotel staff helpful, courteous and kind.
Free wifi around the pool (there is also a bar and restaurant). The room had worse connection (unstable).

Great Hotel, allinclusive was very good and atmosfare was lovely. The hotels own beach is nice and the hotels little Garden was beautifull.If you want peacefull and relax holiday, take this Hotel. It's suitable for family / everybody. We will come back.

Nice and clean. Great location, right next to beautiful beach, and walkway to Side (1 km). The pool is quite small, and is located almost in the restaurant.
Please turn off the musik during daytime.
The all inclusive food is limited, though well prepared and fresh. Friendly staff.
Internet quality variates during the day.
If you, like me, travel as single, you might want to choose a bigger hotel.
