Amazing location, massive rooms, clean and comfy, but noisy - bring good earplugs
Pros:

Amazing location, 3 mins walk to the bus stop to Victoria, on the edge of super posh Mayfair, 3 mins walk to busstop to Picadilly Cicrus/China town etc, 8 mins walk from Green Park tube, 30 mins walk to the river.
Always staffed by really friendly, efficient and lovely front door staff, allowed us to leave bags as we arrived early. We asked for a thin pillow and some more glasses for the kitchen - the Staff provided very quickly.
Massive apartment, really spacious, TV with netflix, disney etc
Big Kitchen very clean with nespresso machine, very clean oven, etc
Comfy large beds in spacious room
One very good sized lovely bathroom, the other was small but also had shower, toilet, sink
Easy to find, easy to access with the key card
1 mins walk from coffee and pastry shop across the road

Cons:

Noisy. Single glazed sash windows that didn't quite shut - letting all the outside noise in. We slept terribly. First night they were emptying the drains on the street, the noise and smell was awful. Second night, lots of noise from the mosque next door. Hertford st is a little road but it is a well-used cut through from Picadilly to Hyde Park so cars, motor bikes etc run through the night.
The apartment is quite empty of stuff, e.g. only 1 glass (needed to ask for another 3), only 3 cups. Staff provided everything we asked for, but it was odd that it wasn't there

Pros:

موظفو الإستقبال عرب لطفاء جداً متواجدون طوال الوقت يوجد خدمة تنظيف يومي مجاناً بالنسبة للشقة يوجد غسالة ومطبخ متكامل ومستلزمات حمام ( يوجد شطاف ) الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء ملاصق له المركز الإسلامي القطري (داخله مسجد) قريب جداً من السفارة السعودية المنطقة هادئة ومريحة يوجد بقالة قريبة والعديد من المطاعم.
انصح بالسكن فيه خصوصاً للعوائل

عاملات التنظيف لطيفات لكن مستوى التنظيف لم يكن جيد تنظيف سريع مجرد تغيير لاكياس النفايات وتنظيف سريع لدورات المياه والصالة من غير مسح للطاولات أو ترتيب للمكان
بالنسبة لي لم يكن مشكلة كان السكن ممتاز بشكل عام وسأعيد التجربة مرة آخرى بإذن الله

Wonderful, walkable, comfortable and safe place to stay.
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location and walkable to tourist sites. The property was clean. The young woman and man who worked the reception desk are so lovely. They are super friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying at this property. I liked how the front door was locked at a certain time. I have to say the bed was so COMFORTABLE. I will be staying here again on my next trip to London.

Cons:

There was nothing to at I did not like.it is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

Great value and fantastic location. Good size apartment.
Pros:

Location was very good and the property was very clean. Staff were helpful and assisted with the heating as the apartment was a little cold the i checked in.
