Ок местоположение
Чистота- зле! Видяхме 2 хлебарки в банята. Косми в сифона. Няма никакви тоал. принадлежности. Нямахме топла вода- оказа се, че имало бойлер, който не беше пуснат.
В целия хотел няма къде да си вземеш кафе. Има някакво подобие на рестрант, но той не работи.
Матраците са на пружини и доста неудобни.
За 2 дни никой не дойде да почисти или да сложи тоал. хартия в стаята.
Запазихме хотела, защото разполага с паркинг, тъй като паркирането лятото в Созопол е много трудно. Звъннаха ми преди да пристигнем, че имало паркинг, но той бил пълен и да се оправяме. И е 15лв. на ден.
Най-големият плюс е че хотелът е на много добра локация - на 5 минути от плажа и се вижда и морето. За парите, които даваш получаваш много. Стаите са чисти и спретнати, персоналът също е доста отзивчив и любезен.
Единственият минус, който бих дала е че ресторантът беше затворен през нашият престой. Щеше да е хубаво да има работещ ресторант на хотела, но въпреки това всичко беше прекрасно.
The location was good.
I don’t even know where to start...
When we arrived at the hotel, there was no place to park. They told us the parking was full and didn’t offer any backup plan, so we had to find a spot ourselves—which was very difficult, as all the nearby parking lots were full.
The rooms were very old and dirty, and the smell was awful. There was dust, sand, and mud everywhere. The bed sheets were stained, and we found many insects, including spiders and worms.
On the second day, they finally found a parking spot for us, so we were able to park our car.
However, when we were checking out, they told us we had to pay for the parking spot—despite telling us the day before that it was free. We ended up having an argument with the woman at the reception. She was extremely rude and impolite. In the end, she refused to take our money and instead told me not to post a review, warning that I would have "problems" if I did.
Just avoid this place!
That is close to the beach
The bathroom had a lot of things broken, the toilet seat, the sink, the water wasn't sinking after a shower and a puddle was formed.
The room had AC.
The property states that there is parking, when we arrived they told us there are no free spots on the parking, maybe because it is july peak of the season and we had to park the car at a paid parking. Did not see a parking allocated to the property whatsoever.
AC was not working had to speak to the property twice, they said it got fixed,but worked for like 3 hours and was not working afterwards.

Restaurant isn't working dasint have coffee in the hotel I have to go different places for coffee
I spent just one day/ night in this hotel, it's quiet, has a convenient location and understanding staff.
The fridges in the rooms are a bit small, one of the beds was a modular/ pull-out couch and was in a separate room without air conditioning. The pool seemed to have too many chemicals in it, and umbrellas were a bit insufficient.
