السلام عليكم ، اعجبني لباقة موظفين الإستقبال خصوصا عبدالله و الفتاة الشقراء (لم يحظرني اسمها) ، و تعاونهم و لباقتهم و اهتمامهم بالنزلاء ، جودة التكيف كانت ممتازة و يوجد موظف باللوبي ، و الدخول بكرت و تتوافر كمرات مراقبة في المداخل ، المكان بالنسبة إلي آمن بفضل الله ، خدمة التنظيف كانت طوال أيام الإسبوع عدا عطلة نهاية الأسبوع ، ويوجد مصعد كهربائي ، و شطافة ، و وجود 3حمامات بالشقة ، و السرير كان مريح ، موقع المبنى مقابل فندق هاري وقريب من شارع slone

السعر مبالغ فيه جدًا حيث أن الشقة مقابل القيمة المدفوعة كان من المفروض وجود بلكونة (ترأس) لكل الشقق و جودة الأثاث بريطانية تقليدية
مقابل القيمة المدفوعة ينبغي تحسين جودة الأثاث و وضع تيراس لكل شقة ، كما ينبغي أن يكون التنظيف يومي طوال الأسبوع بما فية نهاية الأسبوع
و الحمام كان صغير بعض الشيء وعدم وجود بالوعة (فتحة تصريف ماء) اقترح تجديد الآثاث

موظفة الاستقبال صابرينا جداً متعاونة وقدمت لنا خدمة جداً رائعة. الشقة ممتازه وموقعها ممتاز جداً
المطبخ متكامل وموفرين قهوه وسناكات

Cons:

باب الحمام الله يكرمكم كان القفل ثقيل وبصعوبه يتقفل واشوف انه يحتاج تغيير
الشقه كانت في الدور الثاني فالوصول لها اول شي عن طريق المصعد لكن بعدها ننزل درج لين نوصل لباب الشقه وبعد ماندخل الشقة فيه درج ضيق ومرتفع يطلعك فوق للشقه وكان هذا الشي متعب مع الشنط خصوصاً انها شقق ولا عندهم خدمة مساعده بحمل الحقائب.

Fabulous, clean, spacious, well appointed, warm and perfectly located.
Pros:

Property location was perfect for my purpose, which was to visit a family member undergoing treatment at the Cleveland clinic. The property was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, really spacious, warm and generally a very comfy place to be. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The property is a short walk from Victoria Station in one direction, and Hyde Park Corner tube station (Piccadilly Line) in the other. There was also a Waitrose literally a five minute stroll away. Overall, this was home from home, which was perfect for my purpose. Yes, it may seem expensive, but in reality was cheaper than Premier Inn (Victoria) for the same two nights, and much cheaper than the majority of hotels in this location. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about this accommodation. It was way better than a hotel bedroom and is definitely on my stay again list when in London.

The concierge staff are very cooperative and always attentive to all needs, and the apartment’s location is exceptionally good.

Cons:

1. The apartment was not properly clean, with dust found on the TV, shelves, and under the sofas, along with some food residues.
2. The shower head had significant bacteria and mold, and it was replaced on the second day after reporting it.
3. The cooking utensils had signs of rust.
4. The furniture in the apartment appeared worn out.
5. The bed sheet had stains and was not clean.

Pros:

Evin konumu toplu taşımaya oldukça yakın, mobilyalar yeni, banyolar kullanışlı, ailece keyifli bir şekilde zaman geçirdik. Evin çevresinde güzel mağazalar ve restoranlar mevcut.

Cons:

Mutfak ekipmanları yeterli olmakla birlikte zenginleştirilebilir.
