Very good location, all facilities in the site, close to Paddington train station, staff friendly and helpful.

What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the Italian lady at reception, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—her warmth and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Great price for the area. Also loved how attentive the cleaning staff were at providing fresh linen and towels. Ended up extending the stay there and the staff were very helpful at finding me the best price to do so.
Huge place which so much space, and nice to have a full sized fridge and large modern TV. Staff were also very attentive to my disability
The modular sofa sucks, it comes apart when sitting or laying on it. And although reception is 24hr, because it's one staff to lots of apartments, often staff are not available. And weirdly one of the cupboards/wardrobe was blocked by the bedside table?
The location was perfect and right in the middle of a very nice London area. I was greeted very warmly on arrival and very quickly made it into my room, which was modern, clean and well looked after. Perfect for my one-night stay.
Excellent staff, lovely location and apartment was very neat and tidy.

السلام عليكم ، اعجبني لباقة موظفين الإستقبال خصوصا عبدالله و الفتاة الشقراء (لم يحظرني اسمها) ، و تعاونهم و لباقتهم و اهتمامهم بالنزلاء ، جودة التكيف كانت ممتازة و يوجد موظف باللوبي ، و الدخول بكرت و تتوافر كمرات مراقبة في المداخل ، المكان بالنسبة إلي آمن بفضل الله ، خدمة التنظيف كانت طوال أيام الإسبوع عدا عطلة نهاية الأسبوع ، ويوجد مصعد كهربائي ، و شطافة ، و وجود 3حمامات بالشقة ، و السرير كان مريح ، موقع المبنى مقابل فندق هاري وقريب من شارع slone
السعر مبالغ فيه جدًا حيث أن الشقة مقابل القيمة المدفوعة كان من المفروض وجود بلكونة (ترأس) لكل الشقق و جودة الأثاث بريطانية تقليدية
مقابل القيمة المدفوعة ينبغي تحسين جودة الأثاث و وضع تيراس لكل شقة ، كما ينبغي أن يكون التنظيف يومي طوال الأسبوع بما فية نهاية الأسبوع
و الحمام كان صغير بعض الشيء وعدم وجود بالوعة (فتحة تصريف ماء) اقترح تجديد الآثاث
