Pros:

다카마쓰역 페리터미널 고토텐전철역 모두 인접하고 부두근처를 산책하거나 뛰기에 아주 좋았어요. 무엇보다 대욕장이 있어 5일동안 매일 두번씩 이용했어요. 마침 8층에 배정받아서 계단타고 대욕장가기도 편했습니다.
