Comfortable Hotel, with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The boutique nature and location of the Hotel and garden. Honesty bar and wonderful staff.

Cons:

There was a beam in my room above the bed and being tall I was worried about hitting. We moved the bed so that solved the issue.

I didn’t take breakfast. No staff at the Reception. There is no firmal receptionists. They go home. If neoI needed anything during night, I felt very uncomfortable to disturb the service staff as they have to respond, may be from their homes

Nice boutique experience
Pros:

boutique hotel slightly out of town and in very quiet neighbourhood. Attentive service and 'boutique type' breakfast in very nice and airy room.

Relaxed 3 days in a very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

This is a discreet small hotel in a quiet yet convenient location. 5 mins walk to the Botanic gardens, 15 mins walk to the lake and less than 10mins by tram to the centre. Secure parking for my car. Relaxed atmosphere with a lovely garden and very helpful staff. Breakfast is very nice with many options.

The stay here made our visit to Zürich the most enjoyable imaginable!

The hotel’s convenient yet quiet location was wonderful, but it was the staff and host who really made our stay phenomenal. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful with suggestions and dinner reservation-making. The breakfast was delicious! I would love some of their recipes to take home with me. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Zurich!
