Excellent as always
Pros:

Favourite hotel that I use. Staff are so friendly and helpful. This place is a gem.
Great for bikers as it’s so far from the criminals who want your bike. Great roads to and from.

Cons:

Sold this hotel to my wife claiming the food is ok but plenty and breakfast is really good but this time the evening meal was rubbish and was hungry after I finished and breakfast was rubbish sorry . Found out later the place is up for sale so the owners not bothered. Will say again when it’s been sold and refurbished.
Room curtain rail fell off wall then I remembered it fell off on my last visit a year before . Shower over bath was ok but water did not drain even overnight the bath was half full

Great biker hotel

Miles from anywhere. Staff are great. Inviting and welcoming. One of my favourite hotels. Motorcycle is safe outside

A Stunning Typical Scottish Country Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very close to town and is a lovely setting. Excellent bicycle storage. Hotel itself is very Scottish inside . Has a nice bar with pool table. Room was fab. Young lad serving us at breakfast was very efficient. The full Scottish break was very good. We obviously cycled there and the scenery from Lochailort Railway Station was beautiful. The owner warned us that the Kilchoan to Tobermory CalMac Ferry was cancelled due to high wind. We discovered when we got there the ferry was running normally. The cycle route to the ferry was marvellous.

Cons:

Everything was very nice and no complaints.

Pros:

On the positive - the personnel were good.

Cons:

It is a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices. We would not recommend it I am sorry to say. The previous reviews on booking.com are not comparable to our experience.
