Fantastisch rustig gelegen complex in mooie omgeving
Pros:

- Het appartement is rustig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp.
- De omgeving is prachtig; er is veel te doen en te zien.
- Voorzieningen, zoals supermarkten en restaurants, zitten op korte afstand (met de auto).
- Het is mogelijk er je auto op te laden.
- Het appartement en het complex zijn goed onderhouden, modern en schoon.
- Het (gemeenschappelijke) verwarmde zwembad is fraai.
- Wij verbleven in het driekamerappartement op de tweede verdieping (nummer 2). Deze heeft twee slaapkamers, beide met een tweepersoonsbed. De inrichting is stijlvol.
- De woonkamer is ruim. Het terras is fijn (met parasol en barbecue!) en biedt een mooi uitzicht.
- De keuken is goed uitgerust (genoeg pannen etc., met o.a. oven en Senseo koffieapparaat). Koken doe je elektrisch.
- Klimaatbeheersing geschiedt m.b.v. een warmtepomp. Het is daardoor binnen zeer aangenaam.
- De wifi is goed.
- De gastheer en -vrouw zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Over het algemeen zijn we zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie (vandaar de 9).
Een paar (kleine) kanttekeningen:
- Ons appartement had geen apart toilet, wat met een bezetting van 4 personen wel handig zou zijn geweest.
- Er is geen lift, maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem.
- Er is geen wasmachine (op de kamer of in het complex).
- Parkeren is soms lastig, maar daar wordt aan gewerkt.
- De bedden zakken diep in/de matrassen zijn nogal zacht. Of dit goed is hangt uiteraard af van je persoonlijke wens.
- Er is geen magnetron.

Al met al beveel ik dit complex zeer aan. Wij komen dan ook zeker weer terug!

heerlijk ontspannen
Pros:

Schoon en ruim appartement aan de buitenkant van het dorp in rustige omgeving tegen de wijngaarden aan. Heerlijk zwembad (enige in de omgeving), heerlijk groot bed en fantastische douche. In het appartement is aan vrijwel alles gedacht van badjassen, strandtas, bronwater, vaatwastabletten, handdoeken enzovoort.

Great place to discover the Mosel area
Pros:

Located in a little town the apartments are a great place to discover the Mosel area, the pool is a added bonus. Owners are very helpful. The WIFI is amazingly fast.

Perfect location for a summerbreak
Pros:

There is enough room in the apartment.
The pool and sunbeds are perfect on a hot day
It's close to multiple places to visit such as Trier and Bernkastel-keus.
There is a nice walking route that starts at the apartment.

Cons:

The blinders in the bedroom don't keep out enough light. We woke up really early due to this.
There is no cupboards besides the bedroomcloset to put some stuff.
Even though the airco was turned on, it was still very warm. We had to open all Windows at night, to have a doable temperature during the day.

Evening three:  forced out by aggressive owner.
Cons:

Herr Olinger came barging into our room.
My young son and myself wanted to step outside but he insisted to stay in the ‘private space’ of our room.

We were never given the two double rooms as booked in the advertisement.
We were still waiting and asking for a solution, which was promised on arrival.
  
Herr Olinger, showed me several mistakes in their advertisements, therefore a known problem to them.
I got a copy of our two double rooms booked ,
but still he was blaming us for wrong doing ?!

He forced me several times to apologize, which at first I did.
I should be understanding, even be grateful ?!

Then he wanted to charge us for the temporary single bed as an extra ?!
Naturally we refused but then he said: he'd kick us out if we didn’t pay. 

Twenty minutes into this strong conversation.
He didn’t look like he was going to ease off at all.
Still walking around in our room angrily and intimidating.

We refused again to pay for an extra we never got.
Then he gave us one minute to pack our bags and go !

While still being in the room, he grabbed the keys and said I wouldn’t get my racing bike back from the locker room unless I paid for the extra bed.

Then, I shouted so loud, the whole pool area could hear:
‘to call the police immediately’, and he cooled down.

Still watching us, while we packed in a rush, now we are already noticing some items missing, like my son’s braces.

Three hellish days, super stressed, out on the street and nowhere to go.

Pros:

Beautifully appointed with high quality fittings, exactly as pictured. Think the owners have worked to create the apartments in the way they would like to experience when travelling.

Cons:

Not a thing - would definitely stay again.
