Pros:

Aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wenn das Getränk leer war, wurde sich schnell erkundigt, ob man nochmal etwas möchte.
Gute Beratung zu den angebotenen Getränken und Speisen, sowie hervorragende Englisch-Kenntnisse der Kellner

Der unfassbare Blick auf das Meer vor der Terrasse

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist zwar im Preis enthalten gewesen, bekommen hat man aber nur ein Gericht aus der Tageskarte. Also entweder Obst oder Brot oder Ei … dazu americano oder Tee. Der Cappuccino kostete über 4€.

Gorgeous retreat on the beach.
Pros:

The view is amazing and the beach is gorgeous. It’s close to Playa del Carmen without being crazy or touristy. The food at the restaurant is excellent (though expensive). During the day, there are lots of day visitors, but by 5pm or so, the crowd thins out and it gets quiet.

Cons:

The service is not amazing. The front office is very transactional and while the waitstaff are lovely, service in the restaurant can be very slow. As long as you are ok with a slow vibe, it won’t bother you!

Fantastic, comfortable stay on a tranquil beach
Pros:

Fantastic room with amazing view of the ocean and beach, very clean and comfortable, great amenities in the room (coffee, fridge, microwave, AC), beach had a very relaxed vibe

Cons:

Breakfast service was very slow and the quality was inconsistent.

Pros:

Location is top! Accomodation is right next to the beach. The beach is rocky, stones. We could do some snorkeling! Cleaning personal made a good job! If you want to do some food shopping you have to have a car or get a taxi!

Cons:

Breakfast is included in the price however you have to be careful only 1 drink and 1 plate of food is included, if you want to have another one you have to pay for it! Also you have to pay for the smoothies and other breakfast options!
Breakfast buffet would be nicer!
You have to give them a tip 15% a minimum but they like to get over 20%, if you give smaller they don’t look happy.

Also if you order a pina colada in a restaurant you get it in a big glass , the same pina colada if you order it on the beach side you will get it in a smaller glass … very interesting.

Pros:

Hotel located in a private, very safe area. If you're looking to relax, this is the ideal place. The room is clean and spacious, with a balcony that provides direct access to the beach (literally, you go down 2 steps from your balcony and you're on the beach). The restaurant is good, although a bit expensive, but within the price range for the area. The beach is very beautiful, although a bit rocky, and very clean.

Pros:

Die Lage und der Strand sind traumhaft (zum Entspannen und Sonnen), Frühstück ist gut, auch das Abendessen im Restaurant schmeckt. Tauchbasis am Gelände ist sehr zu empfehlen. Preislich eher amerikanisches/Europäisches Niveau.

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas kahl und leer. Leider etwas abgenutzt und alt sowie nur bedingt sauber. Es gibt keine richtige Rezeption, nur ein "Back Office" und einen WhatsApp Support.
Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Preise sind gerade noch OK, Preis-Leistung ist verbesserungswürdig.

Pros:

The location makes this hotel a top choice. The beach and the snorkeling spots in the water are sublime. The beach club has great food and service.

Cons:

Our room was getting a little rusty, literally. The beds were good though. Everything is cleaned daily and the balcony makes you forget everything.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross, schön und mit wunderbarem Blick! Es war alles da, was man braucht (Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Safe, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Ablage). Die Zimmerreinigung fand täglich zuverlässig statt, es wurde sehr sauber geputzt und das Zimmer roch danach sehr angenehm. Ganz freundliche Reinigungstruppe! Frühstück ist lecker. Strand ist schön (teilweise etwas steinig beim reingehen).

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist so mässig. Fischgerichte gut, Rest nicht so. Entweder versalzen oder gar nicht gewürzt, Salat und Poke Bowl kamen ohne Sauce. Teure Preise, 1L Wasser 140 MXN. Ohne Auto hat man leider keine Möglichkeit, irgendwo anders einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen.
Am Wochenende war es laut, da auch viele Tagestouristen kommen. Leider nimmt das Restaurant Reservationen für die Strandliegen von Restaurantbesuchern entgegegn, sodass bei unserer Ankunft keine mehr frei war :(

Great potential, not delivered
Pros:

Spectacular location and views of the beach, rock-free swimming possible in front of the hotel with no sargassum when we visited in October.

Beautifully decorated trendy restaurant/bar area with unusually good food. We were happy to eat here 3 nights in a row.

Cons:

What you will not find in the rooms: any shelves or drawers for clothes, any hooks for towels, a drying rack. You thus end up living out of your suitcase on the floor, putting your wet towels straight on the floor, and hanging your wet swimwear (it's a beach hotel!) on the terrace chairs or coffee table, which you then can't use. All this makes for an unnecessarily uncomfortable stay and is really a shame as it would be quite cheap to fix. The guest experience has not been well considered.

There also seemed to be a problem with the showers, which were so weak that I eventually gave up trying to get the shampoo out of my hair and just left it to the next hotel. It was like trying to shower in the rain.

The reception opens at 9am, and communication in English is not standard.

Pros:

Paz total, los amaneceres, poder nadar más de 500 m frente a la playa.
Caminando 5 min a la carretera se consigue transporte para todos lados.

Cons:

Deben de tener información de sitios turísticos cercanos diciendo las formas de transporte.
