The only good thing is the location and cleanliness of rooms
For a hotel that claim to have a starred rating, the service and management response is downright atrocious. The electricity supply in the rooms are faulty and it short circuited our iPad adapter. One of the management staffs reply to it was contrary to the rules of customer service and he tried to put the blame on us despite continuous complaints that we had lodged for electricity issues. Our hot air blower was not functioning and neither was the geyser in bathrooms working. Only a dim light was lighting the room. The rude staff then went on to tell us to claim warranty instead of owning the fault. After we decided to lodge complaint with consumer forum, they provided us a discount of 15% on the invoice.
Overall, I’d not suggest anyone to book the rooms here online, as the service parameter is very different for online and offline bookings.

Location is near police bazaar, close to restaurants and market
