The hotel has good accomodations and has good facilities, but the rooms should be cleaned everyday.

It was a nice rest stop for a short trip. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

We loved how spacious our room was. It was on the bottom floor and was very comfortable sleep. There was no noise from the street. Great location to visit Santa Cruz.

Cons:

Their should be more breakfast options. The eggs were overdone but the fruit was delicious.

Charged $7 to park. There wasn't any reason to charge for parking except for greed. There was ample parking on the property.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The shower sprayed all over the floor, the furniture was badly stained, carpet filthy and all the furniture was scratched and old. The sheets on the bed were thread bare. It was over all very bad. I will not stay there again. I thought breakfast was included and it only is if your a member.

Pros:

The outdoor space is lovely. I only wish I could come back in the spring when it would be warmer. I really appreciate that the staff allowed me a late check-out because I was teaching an online class from the room.
