Pros:

The outdoor space is lovely. I only wish I could come back in the spring when it would be warmer. I really appreciate that the staff allowed me a late check-out because I was teaching an online class from the room.

Pros:

Good sized room, lovely shower. We were visiting friends so did not use any of the hotel's facilities.

The mattress is quite soft, which works for some people but doesn't work well for me.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the courtyard.

Cons:

NO HOT WATER! I had to take a cold shower. Of course the manager wasn’t at the hotel. The room wasn’t ready. I almost tripped on a loose tile on yhe floor. It was like a two star hotel.

Overall, it was nice and had a nice time. We will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Rooms were very nice big and clean, nice warm in the rooms. I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the morning to shower. And coffee was cold. I had booked 2 separate rooms with king size beds. And they gave me 2 queen size beds, disappointed with that. They told me they were over booked. I understand I wish they would have told me when we checked in. Overall, it was nice. Thank you. Definitely, we will stay again.

It was pleasant!
Pros:

Loved how it was!

Cons:

It’s just that I paid a bit extra to have a balcony and asked to be at the higher floor, but when I came was offered first floor. Gladly the lady was able to give the third floor, but it ended up being without the balcony.

We will be coming back! Loved the location and room size.
Pros:

Great hotel and not a typical Four Points! We enjoyed our stay and we loved that the rooms were spacious. The lobby / bar area was a nice space to relax as well. We will be coming back for a weekend getaway to this hotel! Right off of HWY 17 as well.

Fabulous
Pros:

A nice place to stay. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is a clean hotel. Room is actually clean. Staff was cleaning hallway carpet. Smells, pleasant. Close enough to Santa Cruz without the hassle. Definitely staying here again! Thank you

5 Star Stay!
Pros:

Excellent Stay! Not your typical Four Points property. Rooms were very large and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The outside Patio area is a nice place to relax with the family.

Would highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Santa Cruz or Scotts Valley.
