I attended a conference at Radisson Blu. It was right opposite. You pay a fraction of the cost here because all ai needed was a place to sleep. It is convenient and safe. The elevator was classic. It was the manual gate type... that was cool.

I could be mistaken. We were not able to use the Cable. There was just one remote in the room. When we asked front desk for help, they sent someone with the remote. Once the remote was handed, the person should have left the room. But did not. Instead folded his hands behind his back and just stool there, till he was paid. Which makes if wonder, does this staff person hide the remote? And then bright the remote back to claim the tip? I hope I am mistaken. I thought buffet of Rs 2499.00 per person.plus tax was quite extensive. Food was very good. Airport drop service ( for x fee) was very good.

Rude and Professional Frontdesk, Bathroom door latch didn't work, had to complain multiple time to get that fixed, torn comforters, very old room aesthetics. You get 1 water bottle per day, need to pay for any additional bottles. I made mistake by booking this hotel based on reviews,

Very close to the Airport. The taxi to airport booked by the hotel was grossly overpriced.

Lovely place, easy to get to, staff very friendly and nice, owner very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was great, shower and bathroom were to top standards and hot water was amazing. Morning breakfast was great with good options. Excellent price for a stay overnight and or few nights.

Nice priced hotel close to the airport. What you will expect of a 3 star in that price range. Charged me half a days rate for early check in but other than that i have nothing to say bad.

5 floors with lift, stairs. Free buffet breakfast in restaurant. We also ate lunch & dinner there; large menu of Indian food. Room was clean. Hot/cold water in sink & shower. Closet. Free toiletries, bottled water. Cold quiet AC & ceiling fan. Rough bed sheets, big plush bath towels. No room safe for valuables, but a metal key secured the room. Constant traffic noise. Helpful staff. Taxi from airport less than 700 rupees. Didn’t use hotel shuttle. Good location downtown. On TV we found a channel in English. Friend’s 8 year old son easily opened the windows on 3rd floor, so be aware of fall risk. Overall, excellent hotel!

Food services

Only issue is outside traffic noise.

I was able to enjoy the noisy honks and view of the buisy traffic from my wall size windows. The people around and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Staff assisted with transport back to airport. Older feel but comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Good for a short stay.

Accommodating staff and best chai masala in India (per my husband)!

I only booked this hotel because their Expedia listing states they have an airport shuttle service. They do not. The desk attendant offered to call a taxi service on my behalf which would cost me about 1000INR. I called an Uber for myself instead for 250INR. The hotel being so close to the airport with guests leaving at all hours does not offer a self service coffee pot in the room either. They have a full service restaurant with breakfast hours starting at 7am. Too bad our flight left before then so I could have at least had some coffee or tea to start my day. I would not book here, I would not recommend and I highly suggest they fix their inaccurate listing with Expedia.

We booked two executive rooms for three days and the rooms were comfortable and good enough for us. It was very convenient for us as the airport is literally 10 mins from the hotel. So for this reason, I recommend this hotel.

Great staff and services, everyone is so polite and kind. Staff went above and beyond to help us have a comfortable stay. They were just a phone call away. Food is great too.

The property is convenient forvacces to terminal 2 cinsudering heavy traffic and road delays. Property seems to be well maintained. Has facility for more than 2 guests on one room. This is convenient for family staying forca short time
Staff at restaurant on first floor pleasant and helpful. Staff looking after maintenance does a good job
Menuka Sharma at reception is receptive and helpful to guests problems.
The down side:
wheel chair access not available as a ramp or such facilities
Outside environment, poor, dusty and dirty
Bathroom although well maintained does not for the very least have a shower curtain to avoid water spilling all over with wet floor.

Good compared to the price.. I stayed there temporarily because I arrived late at night and my reservation at the five-star hotel starts at noon today.

Booked for my parents flying. It was clean, near the airport, free airport shuttle included.
