Almost everything... Peaceful, in the lap of nature, with all modern facilities.

Cons:

Initially, the staff was not responding to our phone calls, as the property is little difficult to find, if one does not know the location properly

Cons:

Rooms are not as advertised in your portal. They photographs are misleading. They have set of rooms on the ground floor where the window opens to a wall. It gives a feeling of dungeon. Who in the world sets up rooms like that when your selling point is the view.

The rooms are dirty and has layers of dust. The housekeeping staff does not come to clean the house. Cockroaches in the toilet.

They have a peculiar way of categorizing the rooms as Standardx Deluxe etc, however did not find any difference.

Pros:

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The snow capped mountains are visible from the window. The garden area is beautiful to relax. It's away from the hustle bustle of the mall road.

Cons:

10 AM checkout is too early. Breakfast is also available for just 2 hrs

Perfect stay away from main hustle

The property is very well maintained and is in a perfect location away from hustle of main Mussorie but still just 10 mins away from Mall road.
