The sheets and towels had stains/dirt. Recommend adding some quality control for these items.
Strange booking procedure where they asked to pay online ahead. This was not mentioned on Booking.com site.
I paid online and the hotel ran my card separately without notifying. There was no signature on the receipt.
Now I need to make international calls with my credit card to start dispute procedures.
I think they need so training on check in procedures and credit cards for errors on their part.

J'ai fait un très bon séjour de 4 jours au Mountain Quail Hôtel. Tout était parfait, à commencer par l'accueil, le restaurant où j'ai pu constater un professionnalisme de la part de chacun. J'y ai pris tous mes petits déjeuners c'était juste parfait, choix entre formule classique ( œufs, toasts, beurre confiture...) ou indienne (les paratas étaient excellentes).La carte des diners était également très fournie et m'a permis de découvrir des spécialités du coin.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste génial en pleine nature avec des levers et couchers de soleil de toute splendeur avec la chaîne himalayenne en toile de fond. Les quelques km qui séparaient du centre ville ne posaient pas problème car le chauffeur est venu me récupérer en ville à plusieurs reprise.

Lousy breakfast. Pineapple was also served uncleaned. By the time I removed all the black outer knobs it was not worth eating.
