Fantastic hotel with a phenomenal staff
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is among the best in the world! They are phenomenal! The rooms and the location are also great. We liked the small balcony and the view.

Cons:

The lighting controls (light switches) are rather difficult to determine and operate.

Well situated hotel in the middle of San Sebastián
Pros:

Ideally located between the old town and the more modern city centre, this Hôtel offers comfortable spacious accommodation with all modern conveniences

Cons:

The hotel bar closed at 8.00.p.m. every night. It would have been nice to have a night cap on returning to the hotel before dinner

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Gorka. The hotel is in a perfect location in the Old Town, within walking distance of the main attractions and many great restaurants. Everything was very clean, and the concierge team was extremely attentive — whenever we asked for extra towels, they arrived quickly. As a lovely touch for our honeymoon, the hotel also kindly left us a bottle of wine in the room, which we really appreciated.
