First of all, this properly is under renovation. It has bad mattresses and I don’t recommend them at all whatsoever. Although, I give five stars to staff and 3 stars to breakfast.
When I reached there my room was assigned to someone else and were completely full and I had to make alternate arrangements at last minute by calling different hotels.

Hotel staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ready on-time. Cleaning and water bottles were availed, but only by request. I feels this should be a daily service on a 4-night stay.
Room smelled strongly of smoke. Obviously the person before me was a smoker. The hotel should have a policy of charging a large fee if it is discovered that someone smoked in the room. Also, breakfast was OK, but they did not make any special orders... no dosa or omlettes.
Good room, comfortable and in a quiet area. Bathroom in the room that I used had no hot water at all, not even lukewarm. The toilet seat cover was broken and the flush button only worked with difficulty. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs to be attended to seriously.
