Could have been a good place with some flexibility since not much guests but ........ all you get is ....
Straight forward windowless room no frills serviced apartment no free extended checkout even for an hour for a delayed scheduled flight
Housekeeping on the 10th floor very noisy all morning from 8-12 banging trolley, buckets, talking loudly, relentlessly without stopping. Rather pathetic.
I came to relax, that was not possible due to the noise in the hallway.
Location is great, beds were comfy and room was good.

The location opposite the park is lovely, it’s about 5-10 mins out from the sights. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
The building had a small gym, and the rooms were well fitted, just a little small for a longer stay. We were there for 5 nights.
The most friendly staff ever and the property is so clean! They have cleaners clean your room everyday and I’ve personally seen them vacuum and mop your floors daily!
The property and staff were all super nice, very clean and accommodating.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and has a shower door. You could have room serviced every day if you wanted. The combo washing machine and dryer was great, just a little long for dryer cycle.
There was a stovetop and a few pots to cook things. There is a microwave and full size fridge. There is a tv in both bedroom and lounge room and you can screen share your phone to them.
The location was fantastic, just across from a park and a short grab ride to anywhere.

Lovely apartment situated in walking distance of lots of things to see, do and eat.
The hotel was spacious and conveniently located on the edge of district 1. It was close enough to walk to the major attractions, whilst still enjoying local food and market. We had a great view over the park, however like most of Vietnam, some traffic noise could be heard. The kitchen was excellent with ample appliances and cutlery. Whilst it might be new, the only thing we didn’t like was the bed was too hard for us. The staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend
NTA locates in a very convenient location, the park across the street is definitely a plus. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and professional. I’ll surely stay there again whenever I’m in HCMC
This was an excellent home away from home. A wonderful bakery around the corner and the apartment has everything we needed.
Stayed here with my partner for three nights and found it to be the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was a nice bonus.
We found the location ideal – slightly further out from the city centre, which made it quieter and less touristy, but still within walking distance of the main attractions. There’s a park directly opposite and shops just a few minutes away. Having laundry facilities on-site was very convenient, and the front desk team were always friendly and helpful.
Overall, a great find. We’d definitely stay again if visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
