Schlechte Matratzen!
Pros:

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, tolle grüne Anlage mit schönem Innenpool und kleiner Sauna. Personal allgemein freundlich, nur manchmal nicht besonders kompetent.
Das Frühstück war o.k., die Brötchen aber leider trocken.
Es war mein 1. Aufenthalt und eigentlich wäre ich gerne nochmal wieder gekommen...aber

Cons:

...leider hatten die Betten sehr dünne und schlechte (harte) Matratzen. Mein selbst mitgebrachter Matratzentopper konnten heftige Rückenschmerzen nicht verhindern. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers scheint in die Jahre gekommen. Jalousien im Bad und Zimmer klemmten und liefen schief, bzw. gar nicht. Erst nach zweimaligem Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde sich darum gekümmert. Wenn man einen 2-tägigen Kurzurlaub genießen möchte, ist es sehr nervig, wenn im Zimmer noch etwas repariert werden muss.
Leider wurde mir kein anderes Zimmer angeboten, denn es gibt anscheinend auch Zimmer mit guten Boxspringbetten...kein Entgegenkommen...deswegen enttäuschend.

Eine Nacht mit Komfort zum günstigen Preis
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit allem Komfort. Sehr nettes Personal und eine super Küche! Frühstücks Büfett für jeden etwas dabei!

Cons:

Der Teppich auf dem Zimmer,besonders im Eingansbereich des Zimmers müsste mal gereinigt werden.
