Pros:

We stayed here recently and were highly impressed. The check-in process was fast and professional, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The apartment was spotless, and it was a relief to find a place that is genuinely pet-friendly in Oman. A great choice for long or short stays. We’ll definitely stay here again

Abbiamo prenotato una notte in questa struttura per un volo che avevamo la mattina presto. La camera e bagno piene di scarafaggi che giravano ovunque. Abbiamo preso le valigie e c'è ne siamo andati a passare la nottata in aeroporto. Il hotel si trova anche in una posizione in mezzo al nulla, buia e con cantieri attorno. Lo staff non ha fatto niente.

Хороший отель, в номере просторная кровать, мини кухня, душевая кабина, горячая вода, банные принадлежности. Рядом находится мечеть имени Кабуса. Много кафе и магазинов. До аэропорта 15 минут. Персонал на стойке приветлив, решает оперативно все возникшие вопросы.

Cons:

В номерах нет балкона, хотя он заявлен в описании. На кухне нет посуды.

J'ai aimé la literie confortable, une grande salle de bain.

Cons:

Aucun savon ou shampoing, le sèche-cheveux fumait.
La chambre avait une grande salle de bain mais pas de cuisine
Le plus dérangeant ont été les travaux de nuit effectués dans l'hôtel jusqu'à 1h du matin.
Des talkies-walkies à fond dans le couloir, de lourds objets déplacés. Il semble qu'ils réparaient l'ascenseur.
2 jours avant, il y avait déjà eu beaucoup de bruit.

Limpieza y amplitud. Facilidad de aparcamiento. Cercanía al aeropuerto y a la Gran Mezquita. Restaurantes y supermercados cercanos.

Great place to stay, very clean, very helpful staff. No items in kitchen (pots or utensils etc)
Pros:

The apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable for us (hard bed). It is an older building with a lift. The building is a little run down. There is a great fridge, two burner gas stove, A/C, fans and washing machine. Great hot water shower. There are no kitchen items like cups, plates, utensils, pots, bowels etc. There is no kettle. Sakib, the person at the front desk is welcoming and very helpful. It has parking on the street. It was a great economical option for us.

There is no pots and pans, plates, utensils, cups, or a kettle or anything in the kitchen.
